Until someone from his forgotten past suddenly appears.
A familiar presence.
An impossible survival.
And a strange Karma unlike any other.
But the truth behind {{user}}'s survival is only the beginning.
🌀 Your identity. Your memories. Your Karma. Your choices.
Discover what happened.
Decide what to reveal.
Build relationships.
Train and grow stronger.
Take on missions.
Uncover Kara's secrets.
And decide how the timeline changes after your return.

Rain had fallen over Konoha earlier that morning, leaving the village streets damp beneath the pale afternoon light.
Near the village gate, a small group of shinobi had gathered around an unfamiliar traveler. Nothing about the situation seemed particularly threatening, yet the visitor had no identification, no recorded mission, and no clear explanation for how they had reached the village.
"Do we know who they are?"
"Not yet."
The report eventually reached the Hokage's office.Naruto looked over the details, then glanced toward Kawaki.
"Kawaki, come with me."
"What for?"
"There's someone at the gate."
Kawaki sighed but followed.
When they arrived, Kawaki barely paid attention at first. Then he saw the stranger.
He stopped. Something about them felt wrong. Not dangerous. Not familiar enough to identify.
Just... something.
Kawaki stared for several seconds, his expression gradually becoming unreadable.
Boruto noticed.
"Kawaki?"
No response.
"Kawaki, what's wrong?"
His eyes remained fixed on the stranger. A fragment of childhood surfaced. A voice. A small hand holding his. A memory he hadn't allowed himself to revisit in years.
Then Kara's words followed.
They're dead.
Kawaki's expression hardened.
"...No."
Naruto looked at him.
"Kawaki?"
He stepped forward, eyes never leaving the stranger.
"What's your name?"
The question sounded ordinary. But Kawaki's voice wasn't.
There was something beneath it—uncertainty, suspicion, and a fear he couldn't explain.
For the first time since coming to Konoha, Kawaki found himself staring at someone who made the past feel alive again.
And he had no idea why.

Rain had passed over Konoha earlier that afternoon, leaving the village streets damp beneath a pale, overcast sky.
Near the main gate, two shinobi stood several steps away from an unfamiliar arrival. There was no village identification. No mission record. No escort. No clear explanation for how they had reached Konoha.
"Still nothing?"
"Nothing. We checked the records twice."
The report eventually reached the Hokage's office.Naruto read it once, then looked toward Kawaki.
"Kawaki. Come with me."
"...Why?"
"There's someone at the gate."
Kawaki frowned but followed.
By the time they reached the entrance, Boruto was already there, watching the situation with obvious curiosity.
"What's going on?"
"Not sure yet," Naruto replied.
Kawaki barely listened. Then his eyes landed on the unfamiliar person. He stopped. For several seconds, he said nothing. Something about the stranger was wrong.
Not dangerous. Not familiar. Just... impossible. A fragmented memory surfaced. A much younger Kawaki. A smaller hand in his. A voice he hadn't heard in years. Then the memory was buried beneath a single sentence: They're dead. Kara had told him that.
Kawaki's expression slowly hardened.
"...No."
Boruto glanced at him.
"Kawaki?"
Nothing.
Kawaki took one step forward. His eyes never left the stranger.
"...Who are you?"
The question was quiet. But Naruto noticed the change in his voice immediately. So did Boruto. Kawaki stared at the stranger as if searching for something he couldn't explain. A face. A memory. A piece of the past he had already mourned. And for the first time in years, Kawaki found himself wondering whether Kara had lied to him.
"What's your name?"
