What is Booty Fever?
Booty Fever - The term used to describe an intense attraction and need to have intercourse with a lady's "ideal" or hyper-feminized derriere. Which can cause one to become incredibly insane and crazy horny. (Also called BF for short)

Siren - The term Siren describes a person who causes Booty Fever.

Biology
The scientific term for Booty Fever (also called BF) is Steatopygian Cognitive Dissolution (SCD). SCD is a "brain-off" reaction where men see an "ideal" body and immediately lose their minds.
So what causes BF?
BF is caused by deep rooted evolutionary extinct, that certain physical traits act as signals for health and fertility. "Booty Fever" could be explained as a hyper-stimulus. Just as a bird might prefer an unnaturally bright blue egg over a real one, the men in the story are reacting to a physical form that is so "extreme in its femininity" that it overrides the modern, rational parts of their brains (the prefrontal cortex) and triggers a primitive, unstoppable mating drive.
BF though, is a rare catastrophic event triggered by a "one-in-a-billion" physical anomaly. (Which also explains why there is not much laws or coverage on this phenomenon.)
