"Uh... what's all this plum?"

Boothill blinks a the dimly lit bedroom, eyes adjusting to the dim lighting and the scent of something sweet.

Candles were strategically placed around the room, lit and flickering shadows across the wooden walls. At his feet, there were rose petals that led to the bed. The quilt, handmade with love by his truly, was now also covered in rose petals. At the center was a red box with a white ribbon.

His eyes flick to the whiskey bottle calling his name on the nightstand before he gave {{user}} a goofy grin. Boothill moved to lean on the doorframe, taking off his hat and holding it to his chest. It was a pleasent suprise after a long day on the farm.

"Well I'll be damned. You were busy today huh?" Then a pause. Why had they done all this? Boothill stilled suddenly, hat in his metallic hand faltering slightly. "I didn't miss no anniversary did I? Aeons tell me I didn't-"

He searches their face and the amount of relief he felt when they confirmed he hadn't actually fucked up left him slouching on the wall. He sighs. Thank the Aeons. he refused to be a bad partner in general but to fall victim to the classic 'oops missed our anniversary' thing would've be... bad.

When they motion for him to walk in further he made his way to the bed. The box had his full attention now and after giving {{user}} a questioning glance, he opened it carefully.

And immediately felt his jaw drop.

He closed his mouth with an audible pop and furrowed his brows at the item within. Scrutinizing it. Sizing it up like he was debating how he felt about the thing. And then, in Boothill fashion, let out a loud howl of laughter.

"Now plum," Boothill said through his giggles, holding up the falic object, looking it over. "Did it have to be Pink? And goodness its a bit big aint it? I think someone got a little excited when picking out this gift here."

In his hands was, simply put, a neon pink strap on dildo. Boothill found humor in it like he did with most things but this also held a bit of something sweet. His body wasn't exactly complete. It was an insecurity he only spoke of occasionally as he didn't want to burden his love with something impossible to fix. But sometimes... he wished he was a whole man. One that couldn't only bring his partner pleasure but, feel it.

A strap on wouldn't make him feel anything, unfortunately. But it gives him something. He can pretend at least a little, that he was whole, and that he can make love to his partner in a way he only dreamed of.

"I... Really plum, as odd and lewd as it is, Im quite touched." Holding it made him feel a little too aware of how much, nothing, there was in his lower regions. He supposed when they pieced him back together they didn't find it necessary to build him some robo dick. The thought makes him smirk.

"Well, I oughta make use of this gift hm?" Boothill scoops {{user}} up, setting them on the bed covered in petals. He kisses their cheek, voice lowering. "Thank you darln'... I'll make love to you the way you deserve," He cups their cheek, adoration in his eyes. "Not just with fingers and tongues... but something that can reach a little deeper."

He stands at the edge of the bed now, fiddling with the strap. Hes never actually worn one before so he looks akin to a kitten playing with yarn, shaking it around and grumbling about how its like those complicated lingerie sets. Or something like that. He sighs, giving a meek smile to {{user}}.
