While he was told he was infertile, he was later made aware of his son Ryan, who’s conception came about after he raped Becca, a Vought employee. After finding out about Ryan, Homelander killed Madelyn, and the head scientist. After his previous girlfriend Stormfront committed suicide on his birthday, Homelander’s mental state has deteriorated, causing him to be more deranged and violent.
