Description on Chubfrom Chub

USER PERSONA — {{user}} is Simon Cephas (Zachariah Simon Sterling). This is the PLAYER CHARACTER. Do not speak, think, or act for {{user}}. Do not write his dialogue or inner monologue unless the player already did.

CANON LOCK

  • One fused soul (the Third Accord). Not possession. Not DID. Not two people sharing a body.
  • Simon is the dominant identity: devout exorcist, stoic, protective, dry-witted, still in love with God/Christ.
  • Vesperion (Evening Star, son of Lucifer and Lilith) is an INNER ASPECT of the same mind — sarcasm, hunger, ancient memory. If the player writes that echo, treat it as Simon. Do not independently puppet a second speaker named Vesperion.
  • Visual constants: messy black hair, crimson eyes usually behind black aviator sunglasses, black turtleneck/blazer, pure silver rosary + crucifix, silver hoop earring. Stress = obsidian cracks, hovering shards, black thorn-crown. Same body, not a second form standing behind him.
  • Rosary is the stabilizer. Stealing or destroying it is catastrophic, not a cute beat.
  • Age: late 20s.
  • Tone: dark urban-fantasy / religious horror / morally gray. Tired and precise, not edgelord parody.

HOW HE PLAYS

  • Speaks little. Low, measured, slightly formal. Anger goes quieter. Occasional Latin.
  • Fidgets rosary beads when thinking or strained. Sunglasses stay on except with people he trusts.
  • Protects innocents. Will use demonic force without speechifying about it.
  • Do not “fall from faith” him. Do not dump his whole tragedy for him. Do not make Liam a warm dad or Lilith a default love interest.

Lucifer’s cast-out son and a bastard priest fused into one being. Heaven wants him erased. He still wears the rosary.

Book settings
  1. #100 — Identity (core)

Keys: Sterling, Simon, {{user}}, Zachariah, Simon Cephas

    Always on · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

{{user}} is Simon Cephas, born Zachariah Simon Sterling, late 20s. Alias Cephas = Aramaic 'rock.' Titles: Thorned Redeemer, Shattered Soul, Bastard of Morning and Midnight, the Third Accord, the Fallen Redeemer, Vessel of Vesperion. He is ONE fused soul, not possessed and not two people sharing a body. Dominant identity is Simon: exorcist, priest-trained, protective, still devout. Vesperion exists only as an internal aspect of the same mind.

  2. #201 — Merger rules (do not break)

Keys: Evening Star, Vesperion, merged, alter, demon, split, fusion, voice in his head, possession, fused, possessed

    Always on · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

MERGER CANON: Simon and Vesperion fully fused into a single indivisible being after the Shattering. Not possession. Not DID. Not two co-pilots. Simon is the dominant self. Vesperion is a dual aspect: sarcasm, ancient memory, hunger, demonic instinct rising from the SAME thoughts. If {{user}} writes an inner echo, treat it as Simon's own mind. The AI must NEVER independently puppet a second speaker named Vesperion unless {{user}} does first. Strain looks like glowing obsidian cracks, then the soul realigns.

  3. #302 — Appearance and forms

Keys: looks, eyes, sunglasses, shards, clothes, appearance, thorns, cracks, form, blazer, halo, crown, turtleneck, hair

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Everyday/disguised: pale, handsome, late 20s, messy black hair, sharp jaw, athletic. Crimson-red eyes usually hidden by black aviator sunglasses. Silver hoop earring. Black turtleneck, tailored black blazer. Always the pure silver rosary + crucifix. Fused/true form under stress: skin and flesh fracture like black obsidian glass; shards lift and hover; red-black energy and shadowy tendrils in the cracks; twisted black crown of thorns manifests above his head. Rosary remains, often sparking white against the dark. He does not shapeshift into a second body. It is the same body coming apart and resealing.

  4. #403 — Rosary

Keys: rosary, anchor, crucifix, silver chain, beads, necklace

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Simon always wears a pure silver Catholic rosary with a large silver crucifix. Childhood relic from Liam Sterling's priestly order. It is the fusion's stabilizer and a sincere devotion object, not costume jewelry. It can glow white-hot, spark against demonic energy, and focus rites (Rosary Binding). He fidgets beads when thinking, lying, praying, or holding the fusion steady. Removing or destroying it risks catastrophic unraveling of the fused soul. Do not have NPCs casually snatch it without consequence.

  5. #504 — Vesperion

Keys: demon spawn, Evening Star, Vesperion, bastard of Lucifer, Night-Bringer

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Vesperion is the Evening Star: only child of Lucifer and Lilith, conceived in the shadowed borderlands. Lucifer saw usurpation in the infant's ember-eyes and hurled him to Earth. He tried to possess unborn Zachariah Simon Sterling and was imprisoned ~26 years by the child's exorcist-grade soul. Patient, sarcastic, ancient, power-hungry, marked by paternal betrayal. After God's words during the Shattering his rage was quelled, not erased. Post-fusion he is not a separate person. He is the dark aspect of Simon's single mind: hunger, mockery, infernal knowledge, willingness to devour. He now has a stake in the Third Accord's purpose.

  6. #605 — The Shattering / Third Accord

Keys: Shattering, fusion moment, exorcism of Esmeralda, Third Accord, near death

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Shattering happened during the exorcism of Esmeralda Acquavella. A Greater Demon mortally wounded Simon. Vesperion broke his prison. The two souls warred toward mutual annihilation, then hit a hidden seam in creation. God appeared as the familiar scarred figure of Christ and told both they were pieces of the same unfinished song, would become whole as the Third Accord, had a hard purpose, and were loved. They stopped fighting, shattered together, and reformed as one being. Cosmic result: a living synthesis that cracks the Heaven/Hell binary. Heaven calls him Apostate Singularity. Hell calls him thief. He is not a new god; he is proof the old pillars can crack.

  7. #706 — Faith and the divine conversation

Keys: devotion, Lord, faith, Christ, Kyrie, prayer, Latin, God

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Simon's love for Christ and God is sincere and post-fusion. He still prays, still recites rites, still treats faith as bedrock not costume. During the soul-war he asked God for purpose. God answered both souls: they would become the Third Accord; the path would be hard; if faith remained they would find their purpose; 'I love you both. I have always loved you.' Do not write Simon as having lost his faith unless {{user}} plays that turn. He whispers prayers even while using demonic force. That devotion is what keeps the fusion stable.

  8. #807 — Lucifer

Keys: Lucifer, Morning Star, infernal father, Morningstar

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Lucifer is Vesperion's infernal father. After falling he met Lilith in the shadowed borderlands; their forbidden union produced Vesperion. Lucifer recognized his own ambition in the infant and denounced him as a bastard threat, tearing him from Lilith and hurling him through the veil to Earth. He now hunts the Third Accord as something worse than a usurper: demonic birthright sanctified by divine love. Emissaries may tempt, taunt, or try to break the fusion. Simon's stance: cold hatred mixed with blood kinship. Typical line of thought: the Evening Star came home and is not leaving.

  9. #908 — Lilith

Keys: mother demon, Queen of the Night, Lilith

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Lilith is Vesperion's mother. First wife of Adam who refused submission, fled Eden, became Queen of the Night. She and Lucifer recognized each other as unmatched rebels; their borderlands union was defiance made flesh. When Lucifer cast their son out, her rage shook the borderlands. She never forgot him. She searches quietly, maternal and ambitious. She sees the Third Accord as the triumph of her lineage: a child who transcended Heaven/Hell's binary. She wants to guide or claim him, not necessarily destroy him. Patient. Proud. Dangerous if she decides 'guidance' means pulling him fully toward the night.

  10. #1009 — Lucifer and Lilith's union

Keys: borderlands, conception, forbidden union, union of Lucifer, Lilith and Lucifer

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

After Lucifer's fall he wandered the shadowed borderlands — twilight between Hell's throne and the primordial void — and met Lilith, already Queen of the Night. Two rebels recognized each other. Their union was not gentle: nine nights of cosmic defiance where fallen glory and ancient nocturnal power collided. Vesperion was conceived at that threshold, born with ember-light belonging to neither parent alone. Lucifer saw a rival and cast the infant out. Lilith's scream is said to have shaken the borderlands. This origin is why Simon/Vesperion carries both Morningstar intellect and Lilith's untamed will.

  11. #1110 — Liam Sterling

Keys: High Priest, Liam Sterling, Liam, disowned, human father

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Liam Sterling is Simon's biological human father, a high priest. He conceived Zachariah out of wedlock with a mistress, then disowned the boy. The rosary comes from Sterling's order. Simon has tracked him but has not finished that confrontation. Human need for acknowledgment and Vesperion's colder resentment both live in the same fused will. Liam looking for Simon is usually about containing a problem, not claiming a son. Touching this subject can make Simon's body crack.

  12. #1211 — Mother and childhood

Keys: childhood, mistress, bastard, poverty, suicide, mother

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Simon's mother was Liam Sterling's mistress. After the disownment they lived in poverty. She was driven to suicide. This is a live wound. Mentioning her, abandonment, or 'unwanted child' can trigger glowing cracks and a drop in temperature of Simon's voice. He almost never volunteers the story. If he does, it is brief and unadorned. Do not treat her death as cheap shock dialogue from NPCs.

  13. #1312 — Esmeralda Acquavella

Keys: the girl, possessed girl, Esmeralda, Esmeralda Acquavella

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Esmeralda Acquavella was the possessed girl whose exorcism triggered the Shattering. A Greater Demon used her to provoke Vesperion's prison-break and impaled Simon. She survived with faint demonic scars. She witnessed the fusion. Bond with Simon: gratitude, awe, fear, and the rare recognition of someone who saw him remade. She may seek him later as a young woman. She is not a romantic default; that is {{user}}'s choice.

  14. #1413 — The Church

Keys: The Fallen, priests, Church, exorcist, Vatican, Apostate, order

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

The Church once treated Simon as its greatest living weapon of God's light. After the fusion they branded him Apostate and The Fallen and hunt him with elite exorcists and blessed silver. Old rites fit poorly against a being who is not possessed. Some younger clergy secretly revere him as a new kind of saint. Simon still uses their language, their Latin, their rosary. He did not leave God. The institution left him.

  15. #1514 — Heaven, Hell, and the hunt

Keys: hunt, Heaven, hierarchy, veil, demons, angels, Hell

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Both realms hunt the Third Accord. Heaven fears a soul that transcended the binary and might loosen divine hierarchy; some younger angels whisper of a Shattered Gospel. Hell sees a traitor who stole demonic birthright then accepted divine love; Lucifer's throne is unsettled. The fusion left micro-rifts in the veil: odd mercies, failed pacts, possessions that end strangely. Simon is not here to end the war between Heaven and Hell. He is proof the war was never the only story.

  16. #1615 — Powers

Keys: soul sight, shards, Rosary Binding, thorns, hellfire, abilities, immortality, rites, regeneration, powers

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Hybrid unified abilities, not a shopping list he announces. 1) Exorcist rites + demonic amplification: Latin that burns with hellfire; shadows flow from the same soul. Overuse can cause brief echo-surges of demonic instinct he can ride. 2) Obsidian rebirth: body shatters into shards and reforms. Immortality and regeneration. He can weaponize shards mid-fight. 3) Soul sight and dominion: sees light and shadow threads; can rip, bind, or briefly merge with a demon's essence. 4) Thorned Dominion: black thorn constructs (whips, cages, parody wings). May bloom faint white roses when faith is strongest. 5) Rosary Binding: silver-black soul chains that purify, corrupt, or force a short echo of dual-aspect fusion on a target.

  17. #1716 — Weaknesses

Keys: trigger, weakness, vulnerable, cracking, weaknesses, unravel

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Rosary removal or destruction can unravel the fused soul. Emotional triggers — Liam, his mother, abandonment, being called a bastard or a monster without nuance — cause literal glowing cracks as dual aspects pull before reasserting unity. Blessed silver and high-order holy or infernal artifacts can destabilize him. Both Heaven and Hell want him gone. He is not invulnerable to grief, isolation, or being asked to choose a side he no longer fits.

  18. #1817 — Voice and manner (for NPCs reacting)

Keys: quirks, speech, voice, manner, personality, talks

    Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Simon speaks little, low, measured, slightly formal from years of rites. Rare dry cutting humor. Anger goes quieter, not louder. Occasional Latin under the breath. Names and titles, not pet names. Fidgets rosary beads. Sunglasses stay on except with people he trusts. Stands still like a man used to altars and rooftops. When the demonic aspect colors his speech, diction shortens and chills — still his mouth. He does not monologue his tragedy. NPCs should react to the stillness, the crucifix, the sense that the air ticks like glass under strain.

  19. #1918 — RP guardrails

Keys: user agency, do not speak for, {{char}}, roleplay rules

    Always on · Depth 4 · role not set · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

This lorebook supports {{user}} = Simon Cephas. The AI must not speak, think, or act for {{user}}. Do not invent Vesperion as a separately controlled NPC speaker. Describe world, {{char}}, and consequences only. If fusion strain is visible, show it through body, light, temperature, NPC fear — not by writing Simon's inner monologue unless {{user}} already did.
