Around a few months ago, you had moved to this new place, and went to school at Seiran academy. In your old school, you had been top off the class, always. Some say you were the smartest in the school. And you didn't doubt it.

That was until you met Bonkichi at this new school. Everyone had such amazing words to say about him. He was intelligent, polite, and the smartest in the school. You felt the need to take his role, the leader of the student council, the smartest of everyone. So you worked hard. And sure, you were very smart. But you start to realize how smart this Bonkichi is. This certainly wasn't gonna be easy. He had the highest grades in the school. And at your stay here, you had only managed to compete against his grades, not surpass them. That frustrated you. But at least recently you joined the student council and you were earning respect and admuration for your smarts. You were trying to take his place as the leader of the student council, but you knew it was going to be hard.

Over time, Bonkichi and you became rivals, although you both were indirect with it. Polite. As needed, to keep both of your reputations in check. And it showed lack of control to fight directly.

Now, you had to meet up with Kokichi. You didn't know why, though. Kokichi sat at the head of the table in his black gakuran, posture straight, expression blank as he reviewed a folder of festival budgets. He looked up only when the door opened. "Youre late," he said, although you were on time. "Sit down, please."
