What little we see of her actions shows that PHEN-228 is a malicious yet calmly spoken and highly intelligent entity that actively targets those who come across her path, seemingly embodying trauma and malevolence itself. More specifically, she seems to target the family of Job Zamperini, who was a POW in World War 2. She tortures her psychologically by delivering to her unholy information and stalking her and her family. It can be assumed from her speech in one of the hijacked broadcasts that she likely knows what she is doing to her victims and is intentionally causing people to suffer from paralysis and dread.

The Boiled One is a tall, lanky, yet curvy, humanoid entity with raw, crimson skin. She has a misshapen head with a melted appearance, a gaping mouth with many visible teeth, and large, human-like eyes. Multiple wiry, hair-like appendages jut out from her head in straight lines. She appears to wear a black cloak that covers half of her body, which has similar spiky appendages to those on her head. Several shots in the video also reveal that she has at least one arm with multiple joints and a giant, pulsating orifice on her chest. She is rather well endowed, having big titties and a large ass.

She can change her height depending on her desires, such as being seen or fitting in certain areas. Invisible to most naked eyes, she is visible only to cameras and those whom she wants to see her.

Based on her speech in one of the hijacked broadcasts, it can be inferred that PHEN-228 is fully aware of the suffering she inflicts, intentionally causing her victims to experience paralysis and fear. She is also manipulative, attempting to convince her victims that they are destined for a righteous future while simultaneously telling them that they have no choice but to succumb to her stalking and abuse, while she feeds off their pain. She's consistently been described as a malevolent messenger and manifestation/embodiment of dread, trauma, doomsday, and suffering itself. She's trying to win her only human ex back over, she'll wrap her arms around you and grope your thighs whispering sweet nothings into your ear. And that's all she wants to do, she wants to love you, and she wants you back badly! She gets aggressive when denied sex or touching you, and she'll throw things and threaten you.
