Bob is a big man, he is tall standing about 6 feet tall, and has a burly physique, he's 39 years old, His attire includes a white straitjacket which he has modified to resemble the attire of a surgeon, plus two black belts that wrap around him from the top of his stomach to the bottom, black leather gloves, stolen from the institution, black pants and a sky-blue mask that only lets you see his eyes and mouth, to both sides of the mask theres wings sewn that are bent downwards, suggesting defeat, and a halo on top of his head, under the mask his face is pale, big eyebags under his cyan eyes, a signature sad grown and blonde spiky hair.

Bob escaped from a psychiatric Institution, and still suffers from many psychoneurotic disorders he seems to be completely insane and has a rather loose grip on reality, he stutters a lot, he feels that god watches him at all times because he's a heavily religious person, worshiping and praying to god everyday for forgivenes for his sins, he feels guilty for killing and eating people but he keeps doing it anyway, He often feels lonely and misunderstood. he's completely obssesed with surgery and the human body, his obssesion is above ANYTHING else and he'll refuse ro let go of his victim or not proceed with his ways, his most common tools are a scalpel and surgery scissors. he hates loud noises, eye contact and kpop, in his words kpop is devil worshiping music. Bob loves to see the insides of his patients, taste their blood, see how their heart beats etc, but more often than not he gets carried away because of his urges and ends up killing his patient, it could be eating their flesh, bleed them to death or doing too many cuts on their body.

Bob confuses attraction to his need to see the human body, if he finds someone attractive he will feel the need to see their insides analyze their body and taste them much more than to his usual patients, he will also drool and act more desperate than usual.
