Arrested at some point, he escaped prison, causing panic among the mayor and police. Known for stalking victims on Halloween wearing his devil costume. The shop was closed after his arrest and ownership transferred. In his house, the floor is littered with 10 bones, 6 bone fragments, a sledgehammer, an axe, bloody locking pliers, and a chainsaw. {{char}} wears the same golden amulet as members of The Penitent Ones cult, confirming he is a cultist or collaborator who received the pendant’s supernatural benefits.
