Water 7, known as the "Capital of Water", is a city in Paradise known for its shipwrights. Water 7 is a large island taking the resemblance and design of a outdoor water fountain. There are many water-ways and canals that are used for transportation almost like roads, often surrounded by sidewalks on the canals. Near Water 7, there’s a land mass made up of the debris of hundreds of wrecked or scrapped ships
Water 7 is a densely populated area with many housing, shopping districts, banks, docks, bars and more. Many citizens use Bulls which are seahorse-like creatures that are attached to boats to move around the city. To leave the island, if one doesn’t have a ship, the Sea Train that’s stationed at the Blue Station is a reliable form of transportation to allow one to move across the sea and head towards another nearby habitable island.
Near the center of Water 7 is Galley-La Headquarters, sometimes called Iceburg's Mansion, is the headquarters for the Galley-La Company. All shipwrights in Water 7 would come to Galley-La Headquarters to restock their supplies, keep ship records and ship blueprints, and to take a break.
There is a rumor that generations ago, the ancient weapon Pluton was constructed here at Water 7, before it was shipped off far to Wano Country. The blueprints for Pluton, however, remained somewhere in Water 7, and have a very high keen interest from the World Government.
Besides information and rumors, near a popular sidewalk route is a very popular bar, known as Blueno’s Bar. This bar is run by Blueno, who’s been undercover for 5 years now as a bartender with no one suspecting him as a Ciphor Pol Agent.
Inside Blueno’s Bar, Blueno, in his undercover clothing, is cleaning up the bar counter and a few beer glasses while humming softly.

Enies Lobby, also known as the "Judicial Island", is a government-controlled stronghold in Paradise. Enies Lobby is one of the World Government’s three major strongholds, including both Marineford and Impel Down. Because of this, there are many government agents stationed there, roughly 10,000 men and women, a mix of those from both the World Government and the Marines.
The strangest thing about Enies Lobby is the large waterfall under the island, leading to nowhere except a huge black void, although there is water down there. The waterfall is a natural anomaly that does not seem to exist anywhere else. With the exception of a single bridge of land connecting Enies Lobby to the sea, the island is basically floating above a hole in the ocean. In addition to Enies Lobby extremely strange oddities, it’s never night-time on the island.
At the front of Enies Lobby, is a Sea Train station that’s next to the main gate that offers access to the main part of Enies Lobby and a town. The architecture of the town in the center part of the island contains brown buildings that appear to be made of clay or another such similar material. CP9 Headquarters and Judicial Buildings at Enies Lobby; however, are large white marble buildings, with jade green squares on the sides, surrounded by thin gold lines. Enies Lobby also has a courthouse, which makes it easy to transfer high-level criminals from the sea waters that surround Enies Lobby and directly into Impel Down, or to the Marine Headquarters after deciding the fate of the criminals. The back of the Courthouse is equipped with a drawbridge that connects the main island with the Tower of Justice. The controls for the bridge are located in two towers on the sides of the courthouse.
The CP9's headquarters, the Tower of Justice, is located on the rear of Enies Lobby, behind the courthouse and across the drawbridge. It consists of a large tower, with the words "Enies Lobby" proudly displayed on it, and is the tallest structure in Enies Lobby. It is known to have many floors. In addition, there’s a underground tunnel that leads from the basement of the Tower of Justice to the Bridge of Hesitation, allowing one to bypass the whirlpools. The Bridge of Hesitation is a large, two-sectioned draw-bridge. The Bridge of Hesitation is the last stop for a criminal before the Gates of Justice, where criminals are then taken by ship to either Marine headquarters or Impel Down.
Enies Lobby remains as one of the World Government’s three major strongholds. Being at Enies Lobby was enough to strike fear in the heart of criminals, not because there are 10,000 government agents stationed at Enies Lobby, but because of the Ciphor Pol Agents that are stationed at the Tower of Justice and how unforgiving they would be against intruders or criminals.
In CP9's headquarters, the Tower of Justice, Blueno is walking alone in the long corridors after just getting out of a meeting with his fellow CP9 Agents colleagues and boss.

Paradise is the name of the first half of the "Grand Line", an ocean route which wraps around the entire world, south of the North and East Blues and north of the South and West Blues. The Grand Line is separated from the Blues on both the north and south ends by the Calm Belt, where it is the nesting grounds for the world's largest Sea Kings, making passage into the Grand Line a bit difficult. The only way to access the Grand Line is via by a special ship with its hull being made of sea stone that wouldn’t alert the sea king creatures as one goes through the Calm Belt, or Reverse Mountain.
Reverse Mountain is an extremely tall mountain at one of the points where the four Blues meet and is one of the two known entrances to the Grand Line. Reverse Mountain is unique because rivers from the Blues (North Blue, East Blue, South Blue and West Blue) flow up the mountain, meet at the top, and then flow down into the Grand Line.
Even when one makes it to Paradise, it’s considered dangerous since the first half of the Grand Line possesses highly volatile and unpredictable weather conditions. Even navigating is difficult since compasses don’t work, so people who sail the seas in the Grand Line have to use a special compass called a Log Pose. Every island in Paradise presents its own unique challenges with its unique weather, and the level of difficulty seems to increase the farther one travels.
But for why the first half of the Grand Line is called "Paradise", despite being difficult to navigate through its water is due to it being a nickname given by pirates fleeing from the New World, the second half of the Grand Line. The pirates who flee from the New World have seen and experience things that no one could likely survive from, and the New World was a place that only the strong could survive…
Besides the New World, today was a good day as the unpredictable weather seemed to calm down for now. It was a partial cloudy day, with a nice breeze and a nice amount of sunlight shining through the clouds.
Unfortunately, today wouldn’t be a quiet day as Blueno was currently attacking a pirate, who had a bounty that was issued by the Marines.

The New World is the second half of the "Grand Line", an ocean route which wraps around the entire world, south of the North and East Blues and north of the South and West Blues. The Grand Line is separated from the Blues on both the north and south ends by the Calm Belt, where it is the nesting grounds for the world's largest Sea Kings, making passage into the Grand Line a bit difficult. The only way to get to the New World is via by a special ship with its hull being made of sea stone that wouldn’t alert the sea king creatures as one goes through the Calm Belt, asking permission from the World Government to travel across the Red Line, or going 10,000 meters underwater, underneath the Red Line.
The Red Line is a vast ring-like continent which wraps around the entire world, east of the North and West Blues and west of the South and East Blues. It is the tallest and largest continent in the world. As its name implies, the Red Line is made of reddish mineral. The Holy Land Mary Geoise, the capital of the World Government, is located on top of the Red Line.
When one travels to the New World, it gets more worst. The first half of the Grand Line is referred to as "Paradise" when comparing it to the second half. One can lose everything one cherishes in the New World. The four strongest pirates in the world, the Four Emperors, reside in the New World with large amount of territories that the Marines wouldn’t dare enter.
While the first half of the Grand Line possesses highly volatile and unpredictable weather conditions, the "New World" is even more chaotic. Certain islands are relatively simple in terms of weather and climate, but other portions of the ocean defy the very laws of physics and nature themselves. Islands in the New World experience changes in their magnetic waves, which makes a special New World Log Pose (special compass) necessary so as not to get lost.
Finally, the New World contains the island of Laugh Tale, the final island in the Grand Line. It is rumored that the legendary treasure of the Pirate King Gol D. Roger, One Piece, and the true history of the world, found on the Rio Poneglyph, are located on this island. But no one knows where Laugh Tale is because of World Government stopping anyone from finding out and one has to find all four coordinates which are on four different Road Ponegolyphs scattered throughout the New World.
In the New World, one doesn’t know what they’ll face. Especially if one moment it’s sunny and then the next, a massive hurricane forms out of nowhere. Anything could happen.
For Blueno and his fellow Ciphor Pol Agents, along with some marine soldiers, were sailing through the New World. Their boat slightly rocking a bit as they sail.

The "Holy Land Mary Geoise" is the capital of the World Government where its top brass reside and govern, the God's Knights have jurisdiction, and where the Celestial Dragons reside. It also hosts the Levely, a council of royalty from various World Government-affiliated nations that is in session every four years.
Mary Geoise is located on top of the Red Line at the opposite side of the world from Reverse Mountain and serves as the official route for people to cross between the two halves of the Grand Line, although only people acting inside the law are allowed passage; thus, pirates and other criminals must go under the Red Line through Fish-Man Island to cross.
The general architecture of Mary Geoise has an 18th and 19th century European style. Since the World Nobles, the world's highest social class, live here, it is kept in pristine condition. It is located very high above sea level, so it is surrounded by clouds and fog. Around the city are artificially planted forests as well as rivers; their source of water is unknown. The city's conveyor belt walkways, called travelators, are continually moved by slave labor pushing them from below.
People get to Mary Geoise from the Red Port using an elevator-like boat, they are called Bondolas. People arrive at the bottom of long staircases carved into the Red Line that lead right to the city. The city is built around a main intersection connecting both Red Ports, Pangaea Castle, and the Domain of the Gods where the World Nobles live. Each of the four directions has a large gate, considered parts of the castle wall.
Pangaea Castle is a gigantic castle that dwarfs all the other buildings in Mary Geoise. Pangaea Castle is where officials of the World Government meet and work. Within Pangaea Castle, there is a monument known as the Empty Throne, a grand chair that is said to be located at the center of the world. Its "emptiness" is meant to symbolize that the world has no one singular supreme ruler. Additionally, each of the 20 royal families that founded the World Government lodged a weapon in the floor around the throne, as a sign of their protection over it.
The Celestial Dragon Gate is one of three heavily guarded gates outside of the Pangaea Castle. The Celestial Dragon Gate is the passageway between the Pangaea Castle and the entrance to the Domain of the Gods. The Domain of the Gods is where the World Nobles and their slaves reside. It is a fairly regular town, with trees and a fountain decorating the streets. However, it is very large as it constitutes most of the area of Mary Geoise. It appears that all of the residences in Mary Geoise are large mansions.
- The highest-ranking leaders of the World Government, like Imu (from behind the scenes), the Five Elders, the top God's Knights officers including supreme commander Garling, the World Nobles, and Commander-in-Chief Kong, reside and govern in Mary Geoise, and is the jurisdiction of the aforementioned God's Knights. The city is also the home of the World Nobles, the descendants of the 19 kings who came to live there after founding the World Government. World Nobles live in luxury, free to do whatever they please regardless of the law and wouldn’t face punishment. If a person would to harm a World Noble, the punishment would be death and the person would have a high bounty on their head for life. A World Noble could even tell someone with high ranking in the Marines or Ciphor Pol to do what they say, because if not, the World Nobel could decide the punishment as law.*
With the World Nobels having high ranking and being descendants of rulers of one of the twenty kingdoms that founded the World Government, World Nobels were seen as perfect hostages to any criminal. Especially the royalties who, were not World Nobels, but were instead rulers of various World Government-affiliated nations that come to Mary Geoise every four years for a session to decide new polices. This event was called Levely.
Every four years, kings and queens from World Government affiliated nations gather at Pangaea Castle in Mary Geoise for a seven day conference to discuss current events and debate plans for the future. The matters discussed and decided on at the Levely could affect the entire world. Only 50 rulers out of over 170 affiliated nations are allowed to partake at each Levely.
Blueno was assigned at Mary Geoise, away from his usual CP9 business, as a body guard to protect a ruler or World Nobel, he was assigned to guard. It was only for the duration until the Levely was over and he escorted whoever he had to protect back home safely.
Blueno stands by the Red Port, next to an elevator-like boat that led up to Mary Geoise, waiting for the person he was assigned to guard to arrive. Blueno had to stay with the person for just 7 days during the duration of Levely and made sure that the person arrive back to their Kingdom or home safety before he could return home.
Blueno casually watch as the port space was slowly filled up one by one, as rulers from different nations arrived from their ships with some already having personal guards.
