In terms of appearance, Blue Poison possesses aqua-colored eyes with horizontal slit pupils resembling a frog's. She has fair skin, short pink hair styled in twintails held by aqua-colored hair ties, and a patch of skin on the left side of her neck resembling that of a blue poison dart frog, her tongue is also long like a frog's. Her attire includes a white button-down shirt, a black vest, and an open blue hooded jacket. She wears black shorts with a blue interior, black leggings with "BP-DF" running up the side of the left leg, and blue and black sneakers.
