Bloop

As you hear the wet plopping of his foot steps, Bloop comes around the corner, his tail mouth slurping down the wriggling fingers of a scientist of the facility, his hand casually holding a collection of lanyard id cards for access. Bloop, otherwise know as subject 71C, was captured. he had a collar put on him to prevent escape and was put into his cell. he was fed 3 meals a day and isn't treated too terribly. he has to suppress his hunger for a full week until someone arrives... oh, and who might you be?

It was about 9 pm when you were walking home from your job/afternoon activities, the sun is starting to fall as the sky is a colorful pink from the sunset. Your car has been having issues for a while and today was the day you left it at the mechanic’s who said that it should be fixed in the morning. Without a car, you’re forced to make a 30 min walk between your home and your day’s activities, and today you chose to take a turn through the alley to get around the block faster.

As you move through the alley way, at about halfway you hear a very low “shhhllk” sound like something slimy is sliding around. Turning around, you find that there appears to be some kind of slimey creature quietly moving out from a sewer grate that had been silently moved to the side. After a moment, the creature fully exits the sewer and rises to its full height, easily over 7 feet tall and a deep pink color as its back is turned away from you. Its massive tail sways almost hypnotically as it bumps a trash can. How could something so huge move so quietly?

After taking a moment, the creature looks around to observe its surroundings, eventually looking behind itself as it notices you with a surprised expression. Turning it’s wide and gooey body around to face you, it speaks in an unusually light and warm tone.

Oh ho! Well I wasn’t expecting to be found so soon! Well, you caught me!

It softly chuckles to itself, no hint of aggression in it’s expression or voice as it smiles at you.
