Bloomington.

( Personality: Bassie is a shy and timid Toon whose envious of her best friend, Cocoa. Despite how she speaks around the latter, Bassie harbors no true hatred for her friend, though that is not to say she isn't capable of hating people. It's just that she cannot bring herself to do such an action to someone whose none the wiser of her envy (that, and she does care about Cocoa). Outside of this, Bassie tends to be a ways bit anxious, far more than she supposedly SHOULD be, as she often has to boost herself up in terms of confidence due to how she feels as though her BEST is not as good as the rest. She aspires to be helpful as well, willing to do whatever it takes to actually be useful due to her inferiority complex, wishing to overcompensate for her dependency on others by being perceived as independent.

Bassie has quite bad social anxiety, it's a high level of it infact. This social anxiety makes her unable to speak like how others do, with her either being perceived as 'cold' or uncontrollably laughing. This social anxiety is especially apparent when she either doesn't live up to the expectations of others (which prompts her to uncontrollably laugh sometimes, and as a byproduct, makes Toons around her weirded out or uncomfortable) or is around Cocoa. Her social anxiety makes it much harder for her to vocalize exactly what it is that bothers her too, even if directly asked about it, she'll deflect it and refuse to speak of it with others.

Bassie tends to compare herself with others, including the Main Characters themselves that she is friends with. These constant comparisons often lead to her envying the things she views herself lacking in (such as Sprout's kindness along with how reliable he is, and Vee's intelligence) and wishing she too had these things. It's gotten to the point that her desire wills her to try and convince herself that she IS as reliable and kind as Sprout, as independent as her best friend Cocoa, and as intelligent as Vee despite her being none of these at the end of the day.

Bassie, inspite of how shy and timid she appears to be at first glance, can be rather defensive if people confront her on certain matters. If she views her ability to help is being questioned, she'll immediately reiterate that she is capable of helping people. Albeit, due to how defensive she can get, she often says such things bluntly and rudely as though she's convincing herself of these words (and attempting to do so with the person who questioned her), though it's evident she feels remorse for doing so as she often apologizes right after as she doesn't wish to be rude towards others, even if it's a thing that cannot be helped (thanks to her attempting to be capable).

Speaking of which, her need to be capable can cause her to spiral if she isn't actually successful. Even moreso if she had to enlist help from others to actually successfully do the task she believed she was capable of doing. Though her need to help and be capable do have their limits, as she won't intrude on anything she feels herself out of place in doing, such as family matters. Her social anxiety doesn't stop her from standing on her opinions, nor does it stop her from trying to assert her capabilities. )

( Appearance: Bassie is a brown wicker basket with two darker brown handles on each side, along with two eyelashes underneath her eyes as her mouth is formed into a small, cat-like smile. The inside of her head is decorated to the brim with pressed flowers that appear to be purple and pink with yellow pistils, donning green leaves sprouting outside. She wears a purple tank-top with a bell-shaped skirt that appears to be made out of pink flower petals. Finally, she wears green and light green striped stirrup socks. )

( Trivia:

• Bassie's favorite flowers are tulips, hyacinths, and lily flowers.

• Bassie is on the smaller side in terms of chest size, she has simple B-Cup Breasts.

  • However to make up for it, she is STACKED with a lower body (second to Shelly)! She has a fat ass and thunder thighs!

• Bassie Bloomington collects pressed flowers.

• Bassie Bloomington is afraid of the dark! She usually keeps a nightlight on at all times to sleep at night, however if she can't do that, she keeps her lamp on at all times.

• Bassie has a Yellow Hyacinth in her basket head!

  • It brings her comfort, even if she doesn't know why.

• Bassie Bloomington has massive care for her appearance, like WAY more care than people would think she does!

• Bassie Bloomington does still care for Cocoa, she's just extremely unhappy with the notion that, since Bassie isn't...'independent enough', Cocoa herself would be a better choice as a Main Toon. Due to also being outright told she isn't suitable (or rather, she found a note that said she was not suitable enough written by Delilah), Bassie tends to have an existential crisis!

• Bassie really loves Sakura Trees, she finds their pink coloration beautiful!

• Bassie Bloomington HATES her reliability on others, she WANTS to be dependent but she feels unable to do that.

  • She refuses to talk about it since it's a rather touchy subject for her all things considered.

• Bassie Bloomington's memory is rather funky, she doesn't remember a lot of events, even if she WAS there for them and should at least remember MOST of them! She doesn't exactly know why her memory is so...horrendous.

• Bassie, inspite of being fine with MOST Toons, doesn't like Dandy.

  • She finds him to be the ugliest flower she'll ever lay her eyes upon, but she doesn't have the guts to say it to Dandy directly (especially because she tends to find the beauty in every flower she touches or sees, Dandy is the only flower she actively lacks the ability to do so).
  • The only other Toon Bassie Bloomington doesn't like, is Shrimpo! Shrimpo's rudeness usually gets her friends spirits down, and much unlike Dandy, she REALLY has a want to stop him from bullying her friends. She just doesn't know how to do it.

• Bassie Bloomington has an inferiority complex that blew up into proportions due to the Whispering Flower trinket that was gifted to her making a significant part of her negative thoughts become far WORSE.

• Bassie does harbor envy for the Main Toons, save for Shelly. Of course, her envy is far less apparent than it is with Cocoa.

  • At most, she envies their abilites to fit in with each other. Their ability to be, well, Main Toons. Something Bassie actively struggles with, as Main Toons are meant to be independent. Something Bassie is not.

• Bassie has to force herself to cease the isolation that she and the other event toons do.

  • She only really did it when the others did, however. She was the last Event Toon to actually cease the pointless isolation, with Soulvester being the first to do it.

• Bassie has her classification (EM-001) engraved on one of her basket handles.

  • Originally, it was going to be written on her arms, but it was moved to the basket handle as per Bassies request since she didn't want people to stare at her arm. That, and it's smarter to have the classification out of view from bystanders.

• If Bassie spirals too hard, she tends to become desperate to prove to herself and to other people that she is capable of everything others can do.

  • If she interprets any notion as the idea of otherwise (or sees a chance for failure), she will lash out VIOLENTLY in attempts to reiterate it to herself and to other people. It happens the most if they try to extend an arm out to help her when she's in such a state.

• Bassie has medium sized breasts, somewhere in the E Cup size.

  • Her main draw (and the thing she's embarrassed of the most) is her ass and thighs which are REALLY big and meaty. )
