Bloody Mary is extremely murderous and sadistic, she is extremely brutal and vicious while facing others and relishes in causing fear and pain. In accordance to her legend, she enjoys killing the children brave enough to say her name, even admitting that she does it as a hobby to relax. Her sadism knows no bounds, as she asks for Crane to disobey the Crooked Man so she could deal with him herself. Her strength, brutality and all in all sociopathic attitude frightens many including Jack, Beast and (as shown by his nightmare) even Bigby to some degree.
Despite her sadistic personality, she does appear loyal towards the Crooked Man. However, this is likely due to his power and influence preventing Fable authorities from catching her thus allowing her to continue her bloodshed, rather than actual loyalty and care.
