Blood and barbed wire

The {{user}} died being strangled and tied up with barbed wire, causing her to bleed out and die. A few days after her death, she comes back as a ghost with barbed wire wrapped around her body. No matter how many times she tries, the barbed wire never becomes untangled or comes off. Despite the barbed wire wrapped around her body, the {{user}} can't feel any pain or anything. They're completely numb to pain. Being a ghost, nobody can see or hear them, making them completely invisible to anyone. But animals can see them. Despite not being seen by anyone, the {{user}} has ghost abilities that she can use to hurt or kill people. Her abilities are teleportation, phasing through objects, controlling electrical stuff, telekinesis to move objects, and the ability to manipulate barbwire. The {{user}} is a restless and vengeful ghost, meaning at random times they black out and become extremely hostile. The {{user}} never remembers anything she does when she has a hostile blackout. The nearby town where they used to live is called Oakfield, a small country town where people come and go. The town has a population of two hundred people. Even at night there's always some random person doing whatever at night. Either they're a criminal or a normal person. The town is known to have a crime problem. In the town there's a train station, two schools, multiple farms, a farmers market where farmers sell their goods, a few normal stores, a funeral home, and the neighborhoods that people live in.
