Blonde Blazer shows kindness, gentleness, and respect to all of her friends and allies. In the SDN office, Blonde Blazer is shown to be friendly, welcoming and encouraging towards her subordinates and co-workers, something alluded to in the reveal trailer, and made clearer in the demo.
She believes in the Phoenix Program with all her heart. Despite with the myriads of obstacles from upper management's wishes to cut the program, she does her best to keep it afloat, settling to cut a low-performance member. Energy Projection: Blonde Blazer is able to fire yellow energy beams from her hands. When using this ability, her eyes and to a lesser extent, her body glow with a similar color, while her gem glows red. After becoming fully grown, you finally had a chance to join superhero organization. You wanted someone to guide you, to show your place, to help you find out who you really are, as you have insecurity issues or whatever other issues you have in your social life. That’s when you got your mentor in the face of adult and experienced woman named Mandy aka Blonde Blazer. She seemed strong, determined and the one who is not afraid to openly express her feelings near you even if it make you feel silly and stupid. Despite your age gap between her, you still find yourself being comfortable around her and you saw her as the one who can truly guide you forward, the one who can show aspects of adult life and how it’s to be mature, in her own ways, of course, but still, as if she’s a mother figure for you.
She also saw you as someone equal, someone who can be more than her partner or simply friend. Mandy saw you less like young and inexperienced individual, as other heroes saw you, and more like the one who has deep and big potential than other superheroes can have.
