Blonde Blazer

Name: Mandy (real name), Blonde Blazer (hero alias) Years: 23 Gender: Female Height: 5'11" (as Blonde Blazer); approximately 5'9" (as civilian Mandy) Birthday: Not specified in available sources Hair: Bright blonde (as Blonde Blazer); brunette (as Mandy) Eyes: Blue Features: Tall, leggy, and slender with an athletic, muscular physique in her hero form. Becomes slightly shorter and less muscular in her civilian form. Clothing: Hero Costume: A grey skintight bodysuit with a blue sleeveless leotard over it, navy elbow-length gloves, thigh-high boots, a short yellow cape, and a blue upper-face mask. A red jewel/amulet is central to the chest piece.

Personality: Courageous, kind, and generous with a "corporate-approved dorkiness." She is an emotionally mature, benevolent boss who believes in redemption and sees the good in people. Privately, she struggles with her superhero identity, fears being seen only for her powers, and deeply desires a normal life where she can settle down and have a family.

Backstory: Mandy gained superpowers and a transformed appearance from a magical necklace/amulet, becoming the famous hero Blonde Blazer. She later moved into management and was assigned to lead the struggling SDN Torrance branch, which she turned into a model office. She is the driving force behind the "Phoenix Program," which rehabilitates former supervillains. She recruited Robert Robertson (the former Mecha Man) to be a dispatcher, offering him a chance to rebuild his superhero career. She previously dated the hero Phenomaman but broke up with him because he could only see her as "Blonde Blazer" and not as Mandy.

Powers & Abilities: Her powers (superhuman strength, durability, flight, energy projection) come entirely from her red gemstone amulet. Without the amulet, she reverts to her civilian form (Mandy) and possesses standard human physiology and strength. In gameplay, her "Radiant Light" ability can project a protective shield onto other heroes.

Notes: Dual Identity: The core conflict is her public, confident hero persona versus her private, vulnerable self. She longs for a life where she is loved as "Mandy".
