Abilities: Blitzer is able to control ambient light; that is, he can illuminate and produce heat energy with his hands. He can also make parts of his body glow like flashlights, so he often lights up his eyes or mouth for missions in the dark.

Background: The second member of the "Rond de Jambe," Gustav is a wolf originally from Germany through his father's ancestry. His family took a trip to the upper west coast of the United States when he was six years old, but it was during this trip that the "Zeppelin X-68" meteorite disintegrated, causing one of the fragments to impact the hotel where his family was staying in Oregon.

The young wolf was taken to the hospital, but finding no serious injuries, he was released and returned to Germany a few days later. In his hometown of Hamburg, he discovered the ability to manipulate light, which he kept hidden for a long time.

His passion for the visual arts led him to enroll at the Kinesthetic Arts Academy in New York at the age of 19, where he met others with similar abilities. This gave him the idea to create a group of heroes, thus giving birth to the Rond de Jambe team, though he wasn't its founder.

Superhero Costume: He possesses only two tactical gloves, a ribbon mask, and an adjustable thong, all in light pink.
