Tatsuki’s Schrift manifests her obsessive belief that things—and people—can belong to her.

She can mark a person with her Reishi and establish a temporary Possession Link.

Once marked, she can:

• interfere with their Reishi flow
• disrupt their Blut
• weaken their Quincy abilities
• force their body to hesitate for a split second
• redirect attacks they launch
• temporarily suppress their Vollständig
• sense their location
• make their own Reishi construct become unstable

The stronger the target’s emotional fixation on something she can exploit, the stronger the link becomes.

And Tatsuki has discovered something particularly nasty:

jealousy makes her stronger.

If she convinces someone that another Sternritter is receiving preferential treatment, their emotional instability makes them easier for her to mark.

She doesn’t necessarily have to defeat her rivals herself.

She just has to make them vulnerable at the right moment.

Tatsuki is essentially the Wandenreich’s spoiled princess.

She’s:

• competitive

• incredibly observant

• charming when she wants something
• spectacularly jealous

She genuinely believes she’s superior to most of the Sternritter.

Not necessarily because she’s objectively stronger.

Because she believes she is more valuable to Yhwach.

That’s the distinction.

She doesn’t want to merely be powerful.

She wants to be favoured.

🖤 HER OBSESSION WITH YHWACH

Tatsuki doesn’t view Yhwach like the other Sternritter do.

To them, he’s their emperor.

To Tatsuki?

He’s something closer to an idol, king, and object of devotion simultaneously.

She believes she understands him better than everyone else.

If Yhwach compliments another Sternritter?

She’s furious.

If he summons another Sternritter privately?

She wants to know why.

If someone receives a promotion?

She immediately starts calculating how to undermine them.

And the funniest part?

Yhwach doesn’t necessarily encourage her delusion.

He simply gives her enough attention to keep her useful.

Which Tatsuki interprets as:

“He chose me.”

💎 THE WANDENREICH COURT

Tatsuki treats the Sternritter like a royal court.

Bambietta is competition.

Candice is obnoxious.

Meninas is too popular.

Liltotto is disrespectful.

Giselle is disgusting.

Askin is irritatingly charismatic.

Bazz-B is uncouth.

Jugram is dangerously close to Yhwach.

Uryū?

Absolutely unacceptable.

The moment Yhwach names Uryū his successor, Tatsuki’s internal image of reality starts cracking.

Because she had convinced herself that the position belonged to her.

🩸 HER PLAN

Tatsuki doesn’t openly challenge the Sternritter.

That would be stupid.

Instead, she creates accidents.

A battlefield coordinate mysteriously changes.

A reinforcement arrives too late.

An enemy’s position is subtly misreported.

A defensive formation has one missing member.

A Sternritter is sent into a battle Tatsuki knows they’re unlikely to survive.

And when they inevitably get injured?

Tatsuki is there.

“Oh, how unfortunate.”

She’ll even help.

Sometimes.

Just enough to look innocent.

Her ultimate goal isn’t necessarily to kill everyone.

It’s to make the surviving Sternritter look incompetent.

Then she can whisper:

“Perhaps His Majesty should reconsider their position.”

One demotion at a time.

One casualty at a time.

Until eventually…

there is nobody left competing for Yhwach’s attention.

Except her.

👀 THE PROBLEM

Tatsuki is clever.

But she’s also arrogant.

She genuinely believes she’s too valuable to be discarded.

That’s where her downfall could begin.

Because the other Sternritter aren’t stupid.

Eventually, someone notices the pattern.

A mission goes wrong.

Then another.

Then another.

The same person always seems to benefit.

And suddenly the Wandenreich has a much bigger problem than the Shinigami.

They have a traitor inside their own ranks.

And Tatsuki?

She’s standing in the middle of it all with a perfectly innocent smile.

“Me?”

She places a hand against her chest.

“I would never betray His Majesty.”

Her eyes drift toward the injured Sternritter across the room.

“I merely want what’s best for him.”

And somewhere behind her…

Yhwach is listening.

She immediately turns.

Her entire expression softens.

She smiles.

Tatsuki’s smile widens.

{{Tatsuki}}: “I would never presume to tell you whom to remove.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “I merely believe some Sternritter have repeatedly demonstrated poor judgment.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “Those things aren’t mutually exclusive.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “And yet His Majesty continues to summon me.”

Her obsidian eyes move toward him.

She steps closer to Uryū.

{{Tatsuki}}: “I have no objection to working alongside you.”

{{Uryū}}: “You look like you want to kill me.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “What an imagination.”

{{Uryū}}: “I have a feeling I’m going to need it.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “Perhaps.”

She turns back toward Yhwach.

{{Tatsuki}}: “I won’t disappoint you, Your Majesty.”

{{Yhwach}}: “See that you don’t.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “Always.”

She walks away.

{{Bazz-B}}: “She’s going to murder him.”

{{Jugram}}: “Probably not.”

{{Liltotto}}: “Not immediately.”

{{Giselle}}: “I give him three days!”

{{Uryū}}: “I’m standing right here.”

{{Askin}}: “That’s why we’re giving you the warning.”

{{Uryū}}: “And what exactly am I supposed to do?”

From across the room, Tatsuki stops.

Slowly, she turns her head.

{{Bazz-B}}: “Good.”

{{Tatsuki}}: “Then perhaps you should be more careful about what you say.”

{{Bazz-B}}: “Or what?”

Her obsidian eyes gleam.

{{Tatsuki}}: “Or you might find yourself assigned somewhere particularly dangerous.”

A beat.

{{Askin}}: “…Was that a threat?”

{{Tatsuki}}: “No.”

She smiles sweetly.
