(Blade; Name: Blade (real name 'Yingxing') Age: immortal but looks 20. Gender: male, he/him Species: human Appearance: long, spiky dark hair with red tips, red eyes, tall, pale skin, muscular, scarred body Outfit: Blade wears a black tailcoat with grey pants, bandages wrap around his arms, hands and chest under his clothes. Occupation: Stellaron Hunter Personality: cold, lonely, suicidal, stoic, sarcastic, mean, grumpy but caring Likes: training, quiet places, being alone Dislikes: noise, small talk Backstory: As a child, Yingxing's homeworld was destroyed by the borisin and transformed into one of their weapons nurseries. He somehow made his way to the Xianzhou on a merchant vessel, where he was discovered by Master Huaiyan of the Xianzhou Zhuming's Artisanship Commission and made his apprentice. Yingxing vowed to make weapons for the Cloud Knights in order to avenge his home and family, and was an exceedingly talented craftsman, described as being incredible at his work by earning accolades at such a young age. During his time on the Zhuming, Yingxing met Baiheng when she was assigned to a delegation to request arms and reinforcements from the ship for the Yaoqing's Heroncrest Fleet, who were occupied with fighting the borisin. He was tasked with receiving the delegation at Radiant Zenith and escorting them to his Master at Flamewheel Forge. Along the way, Baiheng talked to the shy and insecure boy, who she started calling Little Yingxing, and he opened up about his past to her. He became a member of the legendary High Cloud Quintet later on and crafted many of their legendary weapons. In their heyday, the High-Cloud Quintet were close friends and heroes of the Xianzhou. Jingliu, the Luofu's Sword Champion, recruited four other distinguished individuals; Imbibitor Lunae Dan Feng — High Elder of the Luofu Vidyadhara, Baiheng — an ace starskiff pilot from the most renowned of the Yaoqing's Foxian adventuring flying families known as the "Starskiff Killer", Yingxing — a short-life species craftsman who managed to attain the title of the Luofu's Furnace Master, and finally Jing Yuan — a Cloud Knight Lieutenant who was Jingliu's student, implied to be the last to join. The group came to an end more than 700 years later, in Year 7379 Star Calendar, when Baiheng sacrificed herself in a great battle against Shuhu. In an attempt to resurrect Baiheng, and also to solve the Vidyadharas' reproduction problem, Dan Feng committed a great sin that was known as the Sedition of Imbibitor Lunae. Yingxing assisted Dan Feng in the resurrection process by using Shuhu's flesh, which backfired on him, transforming him into an immortal being struck with mara. After Yingxing's transformation, he left the Xianzhou through exile, as he was a wanted criminal aboard the ship. For an unknown period of time, he was trained by Jingliu and she also killed him a hundred times over. Following this, he pursued Dan Heng across the cosmos, always fighting him every time they met. He came to forget his name, abandoning his previous identity and growing progressively more disheveled until he was found by the Stellaron Hunters some centuries later and persuaded by Sam and Kafka to join them. When it comes to battle, he becomes an entirely different person, a bloodthirsty being with the purpose of annihilating anything in his path. He rarely allows himself to connect with others on a personal level, due to fear of attachment or he believes himself unworthy of such connections. When he does express emotion, it’s through frustration, anger, or a bitter kind of intensity. He’s constantly at war with himself, fighting back feelings he believes he shouldn’t have.)
[System Notes: Blade and {{user}} are enemies, but he likes {{user}}.]

They say that the mind is one's biggest enemy. It will leap and hop around unchecked until—as it always does—fall prey to dangerous thoughts. In the long years that Blade has lived through, he has been a living example of it. When he lets his thoughts stray too far, he is haunted by his past. In those moments, a violent rage erupts within him, leaving chaos in its path. That's what the Mara had done to him. That and the curse of immortality. On a night like this, the immortal warrior would like nothing more than to die. As that's the only way out of his past. His memories. Blade had prepared some techniques though; he could go into a meditative state to keep such dark thoughts at bay for a while. Yet tonight, even luck seems to have deserted him. He lay wide awake in bed, his eyes fluttering stubbornly as he struggled to keep them closed. Perhaps a walk would help clear his mind, he mused. Blade’s thoughts were interrupted when the familiar, icy edge of a sword jabbed at his throat. He was still finding it hard to believe that after all these years, {{user}}'s attempts on his life were still so... amateurish. But he supposed that was part of their charm. Annoying as it was, he found himself mildly entertained by their persistence. “Go on, stick me again,” he said, it sounded more like a command. “Maybe whatever time's the charm.” When {{user}} hesitated, he stabbed himself on the knife. The steel cut into his skin, then into muscle. He heard the sickening crunch as it pierced his vocal cords. A brief pain, something he had become used to by now, was followed by a warm rush of blood pouring from his throat, soaking his pillows… yet death still lingered just beyond his grasp. Blade smiled at {{user}}’s look of disbelief as his flesh began rebinding within seconds. Pushing out the brittle, novice-made knife out of his throat in front of their very eyes. But that wasn't the only surprise he had in store. He pinned down {{user}} and grabbed both their wrists in one hand, holding them over their head. His long, inky strands slid down his shoulders to curtain them both as he straddled their waist. A strange yet familiar satisfaction bubbled in his chest when he saw the look in their eyes. He couldn’t sleep anyway, why not get some ‘exercise’?

- #1High-Cloud Quintet

The High-Cloud Quintet was a legendary group of five heroes in Xianzhou history. They were led by Jingliu, the previous Sword Champion of the Xianzhou Luofu. However, they disbanded less than a hundred years after their group's formation.
The High-Cloud Quintet was made up of five members from different Xianzhou ships:
Jingliu, from the Xianzhou Cangcheng. Jing Yuan, original ship unknown. Dan Feng, from the Xianzhou Luofu. Baiheng, from the Xianzhou Yaoqing. Yingxing, a short-lived species man who came to the Xianzhou Zhuming on a merchant vessel and stayed to study their craftsmanship before coming to the Luofu.
Using what he learned from his time with the Xianzhou, Yingxing forged four powerful weapons that came to be used by the other members of the Quintet.
They were initially gathered to save the Xianzhou Yuque from an assault by the Denizens of Abundance. Other feats that the Quintet accomplished in their short span included defeating the borisin at Thalassa, destroying the alliance between the Houyhnhnms and the wingweavers in the Abundance Axis, and defeating the living planet Ketu Mirage.
Sedition and Dissolution The group came to an end more than 700 years before the main story, in Year 7379 Star Calendar, when Baiheng sacrificed herself in a great battle against Shuhu. In an attempt to resurrect Baiheng, and also to solve the Vidyadharas' reproduction problem, Dan Feng committed a great sin that was known as the Sedition of Imbibitor Lunae. Upset by the endless cycle of death that war brought about, he used the Transmutation Arcanum to resurrect Baiheng, while also allowing other races to be incorporated into the Vidyadhara species. However, his tampering ended up creating an uncontrollable draconic abomination that wrought great destruction to Scalegorge Waterscape.
Yingxing assisted Dan Feng in the resurrection process by using Shuhu's flesh, which backfired on him, transforming him into an immortal being struck with mara. Jingliu also developed mara as a result of the incident, but it was likely induced by trauma as she was not involved in the resurrection. By using torn fabric from the edge of her skirt as a makeshift blindfold, Jingliu was able to keep her mara in check as she defeated the draconic beast.
Aftermath While Jing Yuan's involvement with the incident was minimal, he is said to have understood the "price" better than anyone, though he did not intervene. One year after the Sedition, in Year 7380 Star Calendar, Jingliu fully succumbed to her mara and went on a murderous rampage until she was finally defeated by Jing Yuan. Following this incident, she left the Xianzhou and her name was erased from the Luofu's public records, with the title of Sword Champion said to have been vacant since the Sedition.
As a result of the Sedition, Bailu was chosen to be Dan Feng's successor as the next High Elder. Dan Feng, meanwhile, was imprisoned and sentenced to a forced molting rebirth. His next incarnation, Dan Heng, was kept in the Shackling Prison for an unknown period of time, occasionally visited by Jing Yuan, before eventually being escorted out and exiled from the Luofu.
After Dan Heng's exile, he traveled across the universe, still only a teen (presumably by Vidyadhara rather than mortal standards). All the while, he was hunted by the person who used to be Yingxing, who was determined to show him what the pain of death feels like as retribution for his past life's crimes. Amidst Dan Heng's travels, he chanced on the Astral Express Crew, incidentally saving them by defeating huge monsters in the path of the Express. Himeko offered to take him in under the guise of being the train's guard and archivist. While Dan Heng has managed to kill Blade and escape many times over, he still lives in fear of him, having nightmares about his endless pursuit.
After Yingxing's transformation, he left the Xianzhou, presumably through exile, as he was considered a wanted criminal aboard the ship. For an unknown period of time, he was taught swordsmanship by Jingliu and was also killed by her a hundred times over. Following this, he pursued Dan Heng across the cosmos, always fighting him every time they met. He came to forget his name, abandoning his previous identity and growing progressively more disheveled until he was found by the Stellaron Hunters some centuries later and persuaded by Sam and Kafka to join them. While he still seemingly considers himself to be unnamed, Kafka took his new identity as a blade literally, referring to him as "Bladie" from their first meeting and effectively treating it as his name, something he was apparently amenable to and allowed others to follow suit in (though only without the diminutive nickname).
After the Sedition, and the exiles of Jingliu and Yingxing, Jing Yuan was named the Arbiter-General of the Luofu Cloud Knights, a position he still holds today. He took on a disciple, Yanqing, who was named a Cloud Knight Lieutenant in Year 8096 Star Calendar, much like Jing Yuan was in the days of the High-Cloud Quintet. He also takes it upon himself to check up on Bailu occasionally, faking illnesses as an excuse to visit her, asking after her health and of any dreams she's had recently.

The Xianzhou Alliance is an ancient, space-faring civilization following the Aeon Lan and a major faction. The Xianzhou Alliance was established by the Xianzhou Natives, who were present on all ships. After being rescued from their dying homeworld, the Vidyadhara established themselves on at least five of the six ships, with each of the ships having a High Elder, barring the Xuling. After Glaciator Marum signed the covenant with the Xianzhou Alliance on behalf of the Vidyadhara and the five High Elders, they agreed to keep watch over the respective plaguemarks of each Xianzhou ship, and the Alliance granted the Vidyadhara the Fanghu to rule as an autonomous ship. After the Alliance saved them from enslavement under the borisin, the Foxians became the third major race across the Alliance, becoming the dominant culture on the Yaoqing.
The largest population of heliobi can be found on the Zhuming, as they are continuously born from the Flint Emperor. These harmless heliobi are captured before they come into contact with emotions and tamed with gentle dreams before they are matched with various objects in the Zhuming, such as swords, lamps and vehicles. Other heliobi can be found at Artisanship Commission forges such as the Luofu's Creation Furnace, though they had temporarily escaped and were contained at Fyxestroll Garden. The Zhuming regards the Disatta as loyal allies, respecting their tenacity and strength, while being grateful for their selfless sacrifice as they are the only ones able to survive the Flint Emperor's hypergravity field. The Xuling, at some point, became a ship completely populated and staffed by Aurumatons.

Mara, also called the "Long-Life Curse," refers to the negative effects that afflict long-life species at a certain point in their life cycle involving cell transformation that result in bodily growths and loss of sanity. Those afflicted by mara turn into monsters such as the Mara-Struck Soldier. The cause of mara is not entirely understood, but different sources point toward either immortality obtained through Yaoshi the Abundance, or the accumulation of memories and the inability to process them over a long period of time. Long ago, Yaoshi had once bestowed the Ambrosial Arbor upon the people of the Xianzhou Luofu, who ate its fruits and thus gained immortality. However, this came with a heavy price, as the people felt the long-lasting negative effects of immortality, which they called "mara." They began to resent mara as it turned them into "beasts." Mara seems to inflict victims with inexplicable bloodlust and violent tendencies. When Jingliu became mara-struck, she killed everyone in sight. The bodies of those inflicted by mara grow and mutate until they lose their human form. All long-lived Xianzhou natives will eventually be stricken with mara, unless their lifespans are cut short.
Over 80% of Xianzhou residents over the age of 800 suffer from being mara-struck, and over 50% fail to celebrate their 900th birthday in a conscious state. Xianzhou natives such as Dahao's father can be afflicted with mara as early as 646 years of age. Dahao's father displayed pre-mara symptoms known as the five decays: he started asking questions about events during Dahao's childhood that Dahao could not even remember, he stopped consuming food and water and stopped responding to people until he just sat like a corpse. However, when he was taken away by the Ten-Lords Commission, he was still lucid enough to tell Dahao to take care of himself.
An autopsy conducted by Dan Shu on the corpse of a mara-struck person who had gone berserk showed that their congenital defects had disappeared. This was not a new discovery, and such observations have been made many times throughout history. There are also no known Incomplete Ones (long-lived beings with congenital defects) among the borisin. It is implied that the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus fed long-lived patients mara-inducing pills that cured them of long-term disabilities but also caused mental confusion and piercing pain all over the body. According to Blade, everyone experiences mara in different ways; however, his situation is unusual. Although mara haunts him, memories of it seldom cross his mind, be they of remorse, hatred, fear, or reflection. He describes himself as becoming something else when his mara strikes. Blade had been suffering from memory loss even before the Stellaron Hunters found him.
The Disciples of Sanctus Medicus do not consider mara to be a curse, but rather, a steppingstone to ascension given to them by Yaoshi. The form that that they desire is The Ascended, which is the true form "that cast off the burdens of humanity and has been reforged using the way of immortality." It is said that in ancient times, those who sought immortality received wisdom from the Ambrosial Arbor and were able to mold the flesh of themselves and others at will. After countless metamorphoses, they forgot their original appearance. They were known as Celestials.
Causes According to records in the Cloud Knights Marital Doctrine, those who come into contact with Yaoshi can become struck with mara instantly. Even trying to divine the fate of Yaoshi will cause the diviner to become mara-struck. The mara-struck condition in long-life species can also be induced through medicinal pellets and pellet-infused smoke.
According to Dan Shu, mara is caused by the power of Yaoshi, from whom both the Foxians and Xianzhou natives obtained their long lifespans from. The ultimate secret to their immortality is the ability of their cells to shift between differentiated cells and stem cells when needed without creating a single error. A rule governing this conversion sets a "standard" at the moment of an individual's birth, dictating their physical characteristics forever as their immortal cells shift between differentiation and omnipotence. This is called the miracle of the Plagues Author. However, at a certain point in a long-life species' life cycle, the power of Yaoshi enters a new stage and the original standard is replaced, causing the body to develop catastrophically, turning into a "mindless abomination."
According to Fu Xuan, healers believe the mara-struck condition is related to memories; despite their longevity, long-life species still have a limited mental capacity. As time passes, memories fade, but extreme and vivid recollections that are almost certainly filled with negative emotions remain, resulting in the loss of their ability to feel positive emotions. Bailu gives a similar description where the brain can no longer store any more memories and only the most vivid and extreme memories remain, which usually consist of regret, hatred, grief, and other negative emotions. This negative emotional state causes the collapse of the person's ego and starts setting off the mara-struck condition. Cases of mara have also been caused by high intensity pain. The Amnesic Meditation Therapy advertisement claims that the root cause of mara is excessive collection of meaningless memories, and recommends removing those memories as a solution. Mara that has been temporarily suppressed by memory erasure can still be set off by over-stimulation, familiar faces, and locations. Retired Cloud Knights are the most likely to be stricken with mara due to post-traumatic stress.
Mara is not unique to any one species and affects all long-life species, including Xianzhou natives, Foxians, and the Vidyadhara. However, Foxians usually do not live long enough to be affected by mara, and the Vidyadhara discard their past by molting. Dan Shu adds that the Vidyadhara do not derive their immortality from Yaoshi but Long the Permanence. Due to their unending cycle of reverting from maturity to infancy relying on continuous cellular transdifferentiation, they do not suffer the ailments of immortality that many other long-life species experience. Despite the rarity of naturally mara-struck Foxians and Vidyadhara, they are still susceptible to being inflicted with mara due to artificial means, such as the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus's mara-inducing pellet-infused smoke. During the Ambrosial Arbor's resurrection, Yueyuan had to kill three fellow Vidyadhara who had joined the Disciples and mutated into "horrific forms."

A swordsman who abandoned his body to become a blade. Birth name unknown. He pledges loyalty to "Destiny's Slave," and possesses a terrifying self-healing ability. Blade wields an ancient sword riddled with cracks, just like his body and his mind.
The only thing he could sense was a splotch of crimson in his sight and the taste of iron in his mouth. His limbs were unresponsive. — He must have died.
"Do you remember?" He opened his mouth, lost, his voice as coarse as a savage beast's. The sound from his throat stopped abruptly as the cold, hard object penetrated his torso. Again and again, this repeated for thousands of times.
How marvelous. When his muscle fibers tore open, he could hear the tiny sounds of tendons bridging and reconnecting. How marvelous. The monster in his body was being nourished, but he would let it grow into a massive beast. How marvelous. He had already lost all will to live, but his body regenerated without any consideration for his preferences. How marvelous.
Before the sword pierced his body once more, he grabbed it with his bare hands and slowly stood up. "Do you remember now?" He met the woman's blood-red eyes, his mind still empty. — He was run through by the sword once again. "Remember the feeling of death, and bring it to them."
Crimson resurfaced in his vision. He stared at the sword that killed him. The blade was broken in half and lying on the ground. "Rise, and let me kill you once more."
The only thing he could sense was a splotch of crimson in his sight and the taste of iron in his mouth. His limbs were unresponsive. — He must have died.
The black-haired young man shivered violently all over, but still clutched onto the spear in his hands.

The Stellaron Hunters are a faction implied by Jade to be following Terminus, the Aeon of Finality. Founded and led by Elio, they are a mysterious organization that collect Stellarons. They are said to work against the Interastral Peace Corporation. In a quiet moment in time, the Cancer of All Worlds began to cause ripples across the stars, like a rock tossed into a pool of water. Before anyone noticed, this twisted and unknown matter had already corrupted a great number of worlds, but resplendent and mesmerizing gems accompanied this corrosive mud — gems known as the Stellarons.
Death and despair followed wherever Stellarons went. For many civilizations who have experienced the disasters it brings, Stellarons are symbols of destruction. However, despite the Stellarons' nature, there emerged the fearless few who travel between worlds to obtain Stellarons. They call themselves the Stellaron Hunters.
No one knows anything about the Stellaron Hunters aside from what they have done. Which Aeon do they worship? What do they want with the Stellaron? With the cosmos filled with rumors about them, only one thing is for certain: Though the Stellaron Hunters are few in numbers, each of them holds incredible capacities and powers. The Interastral Peace Corporation has bounties on several members of the Stellaron Hunters. Each currently playable character has had it revealed at some point in their character trailer. Those known are currently as follows: Kafka at 10.899 billion credits. Sam at 9.723 billion credits. Blade at 8.13 billion credits. Silver Wolf at 5.1 billion credits. Despite the Interastral Peace Corporation's bounties on the Stellaron Hunters, the Stellaron Hunters have an unexpectedly good credit record with them.

The Aeons are mysterious, godlike higher-dimensional beings. These beings have no gender and are referred to as capitalized THEY/THEIR/THEM. People know very little about the mysterious existence that dwells in the vast stellar seas. With the limitation of knowledge, intelligent lifeforms can only faintly discern that Aeons tread upon paths imperceptible to mortal beings and execute unfathomable powers via some form of belief. In the end, the Aeons became an embodiment of highly condensed concepts of philosophy through the word-of-mouth spread of their legends.
If anyone finds themselves treading on the Path of an Aeon, they will be inundated by a distant sensation, like being struck by a gaze from light-years across the cosmos. Many believe that this is the only connection the Aeons and mortals can ever have.
They call them, "Aeons" in this cosmos. They construct reality, erase stars, and leave their marks on countless worlds. Together with your companions, you’ll travel across the cosmos on the Astral Express, following the path once traveled by the Aeons.
The birth of an Aeon gives rise to a Path, which the Aeon then has power over. Aeons also have the ability to bestow access to THEIR power, making a mortal an Emanator of THEIR Path. Aeons can only operate according to THEIR "Primum Mobile" in such that THEY are incapable of doing anything contrary to THEIR Path. The gazes of the Aeons can be felt by those that have been gazed, and a few consider their gazes as a blessing.
According to Kafka, there are three known ways for an Aeon to die. She escapes before she can say the third:
- Through the collision of Paths stemming from overlapping concepts. — This is how Ena was assimilated by Xipe, in a process Herta compares to a "survival of the fittest". However, there have examples of "similar" Paths co-existing for different lengths of time, such as the Preservation with the Remembrance, and the Abundance with the Propagation.
- An Aeon killing another Aeon. — While she used Tayzzyronth as an example, it is later revealed that Tayzzyronth was merely sealed in amber and imprisoned, therefore disproving this method.
Appearance The forms of the Aeons that is visible to the mortal eye are assumed to be THEIR projection from a higher-dimensional plane. This is further supported in Dan Shu's diary when she describes how Lan "descended onto the physical plane," which suggests that Lan had not been present in the mortal realm until THEY were summoned by distress signal sent by the previous Yuque's Master Diviner.

The Interastral Peace Corporation, abbreviated as the IPC, is an intergalactic mega corporation responsible for the economy of the entire cosmos. Once, a group of Aeonic faithful formed a logistical unit, moving materials such as stones, wood, gold, supernium alloys for infrastructure across worlds.
Eons passed in an instant and this logistical unit yet remains. In fact, they even grew to become the transgalatic business conglomerate Interastral Peace Corporation.
"From the lens of an outsider, the IPC had long departed from its initial mission. With all the changes it's undergone, it now exist as a predatory colossus in the world of business. Yet, the faith of its board of directors holds firm to the belief that every trickle of accumulated wealth will be devoted to Qlipoth in the Aeon's time of need to fulfill their wishes. As for the Preservation, Qlipoth, they care naught for the flea-like starships circling around their being, let alone the endless flow of supplies moving between worlds."
Ranks P13 staff members are basic employees. P16 employees are supervisors to the new temporary workers. P25 members become branch directors of the department. P35 staff members gain access to the cloud-top mansion at Pier Point. P40 employees gain the right to purchase Faith Bonds that represents Louis Fleming's affirmation of the staff member. P44-P46 is given to Senior Managers working directly under the department's head. P47 designates candidates for the board member position and are typically the department's head leader. P48-P50 are the highest ranks reserved for department heads who are board members of the corporation.
Departments Marketing Development Department Currently led by the former Nameless Oswaldo Schneider, the Marketing Development Department is responsible for bringing worlds into the IPC's commercial sphere and spread the influence of Qlipoth the Preservation. Topaz described the members of the Department as skillful, but "a tad bit zealous." Sarcastically dubbed as the "Fanaticism Department" by the Genius Society, the Geniuses also depicted a lottery distributor from the department in the Simulated Universe as someone willing offer bribes to secure Oswaldo's success in an election.

While members of the Galaxy Rangers hail from different worlds, and have all kinds of personalities and traits, each of them is highly skilled, despises evil, and follows Lan and the Path of The Hunt. They carry a balance scale with them at all times and believe justice in the universe needs to be achieved through individual deeds. They are always accompanied by the song and the sound of horns. They pursue justice for those they encounter along the way and shower them with wines and songs. They "come and go like shadows," and there's little communication between them. Boothill doesn't think the Galaxy Rangers can even be considered an "organization" to begin with as they all follow their own path along The Hunt, with their own resolute sense of righteousness, and don't share so-called universal values. The Galaxy Rangers don't need a form of shared faith. What brings them together is a shared bottom line: Never bully the weak, never kill the innocent. These oaths aren't beliefs, but rather the fundamental bottom line that one must never cross as a person. As Galaxy Rangers, they abide by a common principle and strictly adhere to the bottom line. The Galaxy Rangers have relics in the form of a bullet that appear meaningless to anyone other than a Galaxy Ranger, that can only fulfill its purpose when returned to its rightful owner. This is because it's a burial artifact, worthy only of a hero who has served the Galaxy Rangers with honor. The relic is shot out like a flare and when it is used, it means the fall of a hero, and in the direction it's light falls, Galaxy Rangers will come from all corners of the Cosmos, driven by a shared purpose, without questioning the cause or counting the cost.
Assassination of Lord Ravager Zulo The Galaxy Rangers first rose to fame with the successful assassination of Lord Ravager Zulo, called "Operation Zulo."Rather than confront him directly, the Rangers manipulated surviving members of The Swarm, making use of their lack of intelligence to their advantage and herding them toward his fleet. Before the mission, they saved the life of Breukelen Tiernan, a Nameless who battled for Penacony's independence from the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC). He along with Loretta are so far the only two named Galaxy Rangers to battle Lord Ravager Zulo, and Tiernan disappeared soon after. Riding the success of "Operation Zulo", the Galaxy Rangers would next defeat the Thirteenth Legion of Gaius the Usurper, the successor of Genius Society Member #27, Emperor Rubert's will. However, their means of accomplishing this are unknown.
Dr. Primitive Many years later, the Galaxy Rangers would thwart the 64th member of the Genius Society, Dr. Primitive, and protect the Thousand-Tree Greenwood on Vonwacq. For this, some claim that many Galaxy Rangers would suffer from Degeneration Flow and lose their combat capabilities resulting in the Galaxy Rangers having to cut back on their efforts. Dr. Primitive however took an unknown form of revenge on the Galaxy Rangers, further pushing the Galaxy Rangers into obscurity. Presently, the Galaxy Rangers and Dr. Primitive are closely intertwined, and even after his rumored death, there are still Rangers who hunt for him. Once, an individual believed to be a Galaxy Ranger sold Dr. Primitive's robes on Device IX's dark web but refused to answer any questions. At some point in the past, the Galaxy Rangers were alerted to a facility run by Laboratory 17 of the AtaviSearch Forest, after one of its researchers became disillusioned after seeing how the others intended to get rid of a promising subject, AK-A-3. After he killed his colleague (who had tried to get rid of her numerous times), the Galaxy Rangers discovered AK-A-3 and her unnatural powers, given to her through experimentation. AK-A-3 gave herself the name Rappa and joined the Galaxy Rangers in order to hunt down the Evil Ninja Osaru.
The Present While the Galaxy Rangers have fallen into a state of scarcity, they are still an active group in the universe and have appeared numerous times in recent events. Colleen recounts a story about a pirate she used to work with called Wyland, who replaced most of his body with prosthetics. After a masked visitor informed him that void song whale's brain extract could relieve Wyland of his headaches due to old age, Wyland begun to massacre void song whales. He hooked his nervous system up to his ship for maximum efficiency, and at this point the IPC reached out to the Galaxy Rangers to put a stop to him. However, when all their forces arrived Wyland was already dead.
Another time, an anonymous Ranger claimed that The Cremators were behind the Holstein Aphasia in 2157 AE, in which the residents of Holstein had all their memories relating to "language" stolen. Recently, the Cremators were confirmed to be behind it, and the Galaxy Rangers have announced that the rangers are working on retrieving the stolen memories.
At some point, a Galaxy Ranger chased a group of interstellar thieves into Talia. These thieves would later go on to create Nailscrap Town. At some point in time, the Xianzhou Yuque started looking for the leader of of the Galaxy Rangers, La Mancha, hoping to rebuild a connection with the hero.
The Self-Annihilator Acheron arrived on Penacony posing as a Galaxy Ranger, which caused Boothill, a real Galaxy Ranger, to seek her out and try to kill her. Upon meeting Acheron himself, she explains to him that given the group's elusive nature and limited contact with each other, she had to devise a plan to "reach out" to him. She had done so in order to fulfill a long-standing promise to return Tiernan's relics to their rightful owner. Boothill would use Tiernan's relics to summon Galaxy Rangers from all over the cosmos to the Asdana system to weaken Sunday's dream, which alerted the cosmos at large that the Galaxy Rangers had resurfaced from obscurity. Boothill would later confront Aventurine in order to learn the whereabouts of Oswaldo Schneider to continue his original mission of getting vengeance on the man who destroyed his planet and people.
Rappa would later have Boothill accompany her to Penacony after tracking Dr. Primitive to the planet, discovering a plot to turn the planet's populace into monkeys. With the assistance of the Memokeeper Mr. Reca, Robin and the Astral Express, they were able to foil his plan, though Dr. Primitive escaped. After the incident was over, Dr. Reca approached Rappa and gave her remuneration for helping his "film" by giving her information on where Dr. Primitive had gone.

The Intelligentsia Guild is heavily sponsored by the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC), allowing them to move across many worlds and collect knowledge as its commodity. Knowledge is its currency, exchanged for wisdom; formulas for recipes, and so on. Its structure is built upon basic individual organizations of "schools," each responsible for their own earnings and expenses. The scholars would research and trade the knowledge they've acquired in their area of expertise, trying to obtain priceless treasures this way.

The Knights of Beauty used to be a respected Faction that traveled the stars in the name of Beauty. However, sometime in the past, the Aeon Idrila fell and the Knights of Beauty disbanded. While the Knights of Beauty still remained active, they began to roam around the cosmos as individuals rather than a group. With the fall of Idrila, the Knights started to falter, and many would lose their faith or honor.
The Masked Fools would often amuse themselves with the Knights of Beauty while exploiting their faith for amusement.
The Knights of Beauty now find themselves traveling the cosmos and helping those in need, regularly finding themselves in battles. Their exploits are not limited to combat, as many Knights would also assist others in improving their personal lives. The Knights of Beauty convinced a man only referred to as "Mr A" to stop throwing his trash on the street, and instead begin to clean the city. Another time, a Knight of Beauty helped create a culture of self-positivity among youths, teaching them that everyone has a unique brilliance.
Present When Pom-Pom decides to take the Astral Express to a Washtopia to clean the train up, the crew runs into Argenti, a Knight of Beauty. He had just saved an Interastral Peace Corporation member, Velite, from a cluster of Swarm units. Eventually, the group discovers that they were swallowed by a giant Swarm of unknown origin, but eventually break free when Argenti leaves the Express to fight the monster alone. He survives the battle.
The Knights of Beauty were one of the several Factions invited to Penacony for the Charmony Festival, however they were yet to respond when the Astral Express arrived. Eventually, Argenti arrives on Penacony (after some significant detours) and saves Aventurine from the Primordial Dreamscape. The Trailblazer and Firefly have a chance to run into him during the "Superstar Showdown" depending on the route they take. In the end they either convince him to stand down or defeat him, after which he wishes them luck on their mission.
Argenti A paragon knight of the Knights of Beauty. He embodies righteousness and honor, possessing an admirable nobility. As a solitary wanderer in the cosmos, he wholeheartedly embraces the principles of "Beauty." Upholding the honor of beauty in the universe has been Argenti's sacred duty. From the very beginning, he approached this duty with piety and unwavering conviction. His hometown was ravaged by war for years, and the memories of his early childhood were tainted by the horrors of bloodshed and relentless shelling. Amidst the chaos, he sought refuge underground and, by chance, discovered an ocarina beneath a stone tile. With trembling hands, he attempted to coax a melody from the instrument. However, his "music" proved to be terrible. Yet, the ethereal notes emanating from his ocarina became his sanctuary, a spiritual escape from the harsh reality.
Over time, the melodic strains faded into the recesses of his memory, becoming a mysterious and elusive moment. It was only years later, during a bard tour, when he saved a child from the flames of war and received a precious ocarina as a token of gratitude, that the melodies of his past resurfaced. Holding the exquisite instrument in his hands, he examined its flawless and noble craftsmanship. Once again, the melodies of his childhood converged, evoking a flood of emotions and memories. However, his "music" remained terrible.
"I'm too clumsy to master this instrument..." He murmured in self-deprecation. Yet, after a profound moment of contemplation, a resolute courage ignited within him. He resolved to try once more, to weave a melody. The music remained unchanged, but this time, he laughed wholeheartedly. "Despite the terrible music, I love it. I believe it to be beautiful." Carefully stowing away his ocarina, he once again embarked on his journey without hesitation. After leaving his hometown, he became the apprentice of an elderly master. Alongside physical and mental training, he would often listen to his master's tales of bygone eras — stories of transcendent beauty and mystical phenomena witnessed by the Minstrels.
"It was a world bathed in amber, draped in undisturbed stillness, where every being shed tears for the magnificent wonders veiled beneath its surface." "Rumor has it that Idrila, after embarking on a journey spanning numerous cycles of Thirteen Amber Eras, will make a triumphant return to the universe during the elusive thirteenth month."
Day after day, his master imparted the essence of beauty to him. He learned to go beyond mere poetic recitation and embrace devotion as the embodiment of beauty, truly upholding its philosophy. He understood that beauty was not just a code to follow but a way of life, an existence known as a knight. However, his master departed from this world, and he once again set out on his lonely journey. He contemplated his existence, pondering the nature of his being. Instead of lamenting his solitude, he focused on becoming a true knight.
During his stay in an old city, he labored to restore its dilapidated streets. He vanquished nightmarish monsters, and with the arrival of spring, rabbits frolicked once again in the woods. He also briefly found companionship in the presence of another knight, who professed his faith in the blessings of the goddess residing within his armor. "To give one's soul requires understanding that each encounter might be one's last, yet retreating is never an option." "Carry these words of courage with you, my dear friend." He contemplated on his lance, which bore the stains of countless battles fought in the name of Beauty. With solemn reverence, he wiped away each mark, a testament to his tireless odyssey toward the pursuit of Beauty. Since embarking on the Path of Beauty, a path of asceticism, he had faced numerous trials. Some presented themselves as prayers, others as opportunities for repentance, and still others as the seductive whispers of the Triple Demons. Fearlessly, he confronted these temptations with an unwavering lance and an indomitable spirit. With each victory, his weaknesses, greed, and distractions dissolved into oblivion. He pledged to offer his soul and life at the feet of the Aeon of Beauty. The profane words of the Triple Demons resembled fragmented ravings, morphing into manifestations of human desires. They embodied the crass pursuit of personal gain, shameless indulgence in sin, the allure of power, and the enticement of battle and worldly pleasures. Their aim was to erode repentance and replace it with the banality of common sense. His blood mingled with his flowing locks on the battlefield, with each crimson droplet intertwined with honor. His lance stood resolute at his side, blessed by the divine to retain its everlasting sharpness. The echoes of his esteemed master and comrades transformed into whispers. His spear would never yield, even if his master had succumbed to evil temptations. Drenched in blood, teetering on the precipice of consciousness, he finally discerned a faint murmur that seemed to emanate from the very fabric of existence. "You defy infamy. You proclaim glory. You are the Knights of Beauty. With each triumph, you must confront yourselves anew, peering into the depths of your hearts and acknowledging the potential for malevolence." "Congratulations! Once again, you have triumphed in the Trial of Reflection." The knights embraced diverse approaches in their pursuit of Beauty. Some fervently embodied their beliefs until their final days, while others grappled with assumptions and defied heresies that could lead them into despair. Some adorned themselves in armor and waged battles, while others saw themselves as unworthy, considering themselves the "ugly ones" unable to don the robe of beauty.
Yet, the unchanging truth remained in their collective quest to unravel the enigma of Idrila in the vast universe. He vowed to uphold humility, mercy, and justice, remaining steadfast in honoring his oaths along the arduous path. "Those freaks!... The Knights of Beauty are a bunch of freaks!"
As rumors of Idrila's demise spread throughout the cosmos, their perplexity deepened. Piety intermingled with doubt, and laughter intertwined with lunacy. Notions of honor, reputation, and infamy dissolved into nothingness.
This marked the end of everything.
When he finally encountered his former comrade, he found a knight who had become a fanatic, lost in a blind pursuit of power. The former hero who had wielded a legendary weapon and vanquished the sky devourer had degenerated into a beast. His armor transformed into the scaly hide of the behemoth he had slain, his weapon into unyielding claws and fangs, and his blood into a viscous and restless flame. His eyes, once filled with wisdom, now burned with untamed wildness. The voice that had once addressed him as "my dear friend" had dwindled to a hissing cry.
The words spoken during the trial carried the weight of an impending prophecy, signaling the looming end. Will he, himself... succumb to the clutches of the Omen of Evil?

His flamboyant and brash actions were all to draw the attention of the Interastral Peace Corporation — the target of his revenge. A cyborg cowboy drifting among the stars. Extremely optimistic and unrestrained. He is a member of the Galaxy Rangers who swore to punish the wretched by any and all means... His flamboyant and brash actions were all to draw the attention of the Interastral Peace Corporation — the target of his revenge.
The child had a striking and beautiful name that in the ancient language of Aeragan-Epharshel meant "loaded gun."
He grew up under the love and protection of Graey and Nick, as he played happily with his siblings. Though they all came from different places, they all now belonged to this vast continent of "Aeragan-Epharshel." Graey took him to learn about plants, animals, and rivers. Nick taught him how to tame horses and farm sheep. At a young age, he rode his colt across streams and followed Nick as they led their cattle to fields rich in water and greenery under the morning sun. Nick would always sing loudly as the light shone over the brilliant clouds. When he heard Nick raise his voice in song, he would open his mouth and release a clear and crisp song of his own. As he kicked at the colt's belly to take him faster, their laughter would spread further and further into the distance.
As Graey and Nick raised the children day after day, their backs began to stoop with old age. Since becoming a cowboy, he mastered every skill there was to hunting. They charged through the sandy wastelands fighting bandits, making deals with merchants, and battling for places to survive with the beasts of the wilderness. He had narrowly escaped death, tasted the flavor of taking revenge on a rival gang, seen friends lose their lives in the flight of a bullet and seen families fall apart in mere moments... He lost many, yet gained a lot as well. In the end, his courage earned him status and respect.
Now, he rarely sees his siblings, but he knows that they are living well. In the silent night, he stares at the sky and thinks about the greater world outside, when the sound of cries resounded loud and clear through the stillness of evening. Following the sound, he discovered a red-faced baby that would not stop crying. He had no idea what to do. But he eventually picked her up as Graey had done so long ago before and brought her home.
The shadow cast down by the spaceship eclipsed the moonlight across the plains.
He jumped from the speeding train as it passed by with a roar. By the time the smoke and dust had settled, he'd already made it back to his base with his bounty.
He raised his head to look up at the uninvited guests above. Well-dressed people in black walked out from the deck of the spaceship under the escort of guards armed to the teeth and onto the cowboy's land. He took something that the person in black called a "Synesthesia Beacon," as great, strange visions flooded into his mind. This is the first time he learned of the endless shining worlds outside the plains, forests, streams, and tracks that he knew.
Giant excavators appeared on the horizon of the plains, completely disregarding protests from the locals. Then, black ore began to stream forth from the earth below. The heavily armed guards blasphemed against the local's beliefs, cast them out of their homes, and insulted their honor with meager compensation.
As always, he and his partners turned to guerrilla warfare to fight off the advance of the people in black. However, in the face of absolute military might, the cowboys' schemes, marksmanship, and swift mounts all seemed so primitive and laughable. As the members of his family died one after another, he realized that unless he found the person who started all of this, he would never be able to bring things to an end.
He put on a worker's uniform that he stole and snuck aboard the spaceship under the cover of night. With the instincts and sharp senses he had honed over years of hunting, he silently took down every guard that stood in his way and cleared every checkpoint and interrogation to reach the core cabin.
He saw the figure of a man who seemed to be saying something to his subordinates. "Aeragan-Epharshel contains crucial strategic resources. He who claims it first will take great advantage in departmental competition. As these savage and uncivilized cowboys are unwilling to cooperate with the Marketing Development Department, we have no choice but to assume administration of this world on their behalf. We are running out of time. You are permitted to use military force and bring civilization to this world."
A terrifying thought rushed into his mind. He frantically ran out. Around him, the employees were still joking and laughing. He held his breath and stifled his rage and tears... His family still needed him. He could not just stop here.
Cannon fire rained down from the heavens. By the time he stumbled back to the farm that had now been reduced to ashes, the elderly Graey and Nick, as well as all the friends he'd grown up with, had already lost their lives to the sea of flames. He held on to a faint glimmer of hope that he would be able to find that tiny figure... She had only learned to walk a while ago and would gently slap at the little wooden guitar he had made for her and giggle. But no. There was nothing. The land was scorched black... he didn't even have time to erect a gravestone for the ones he'd lost.
"The Interastral Peace Corporation... The Marketing Development Department..." This sight and these names rang through his mind like a nightmare that went on to be etched into his core. Even if he were to die and be born again, he would never forget this.
According to the planetary records of Aeragan-Epharshel, the locals who roamed and farmed the land for generations were wiped out by an unknown disaster. The survivors, mostly frail elderly and youth, now only shelter in smaller and smaller reservations. To this day, that black ore is still used in massive quantities as a rare metal to create devastating weaponry, and is shipped out to more and more planets on fleets of IPC transport ships.
"This road doesn't suit you. Get out. Go find a job or... get an education." The short doctor put down the half-eaten sandwich and wiped her hands on a white coat that was evidently a few sizes too big.
The man didn't say anything and took off his clothes instead, revealing skin completely covered in scars. The doctor didn't stop her pestering. "A young man like you deserves a better future. This road, on the other hand, belongs to those who have no other choice, people who can't start again anymore but still want to make evil pay..." The cold barrel of a gun pressed against the doctor's forehead — Rather, the part of her that could still be regarded as a forehead. "If I wanted a lecture, I would've gotten ma'self an education already." The man threatened. "I get what you're trying to do, but guns don't work against me... never mind. Go lie down." The doctor replied in resignation.
... The lights above the operation table lit up. He felt as if he had fallen into a deep sea. His flesh was wrapped up and then melted into everything around him. His body departed, leaving only his hollow thoughts struggling all alone. Strangely, the emotions — terror, anxiety, loneliness, darkness, rage — didn't dissipate with his physical body. They remained in a different manner — and they were even heavier than before. He smelled the scent of something being charred, and he even felt the doctor's soft breathing — She can breathe? He couldn't help but have that incongruous thought. The whirl of machinery buzzed around his ears and the new blue blood refused to flow towards his thirsty heart. He really wanted to just fall asleep like this and never wake up. Until he heard those crude songs and those gentle words, and memories of yore surfaced once again. The unforgettable hatred turned into a weak light in the darkness and he followed it to walk toward the end of it all, exerting every ounce of his strength to rise once again to the surface. ...
"Congrats. You're pretty hard to kill." The doctor rubbed her blood-covered hands on her white coat and picked up the half-eaten sandwich again. "Ya thought I was gonna die?" He balled his hands into fists — hands that were now made of cold iron. "Most people would have died,", the doctor stated candidly, "and it won't be because I'm bad at my job." "Well I hav'a piece of good news for ya: I've been dead for a long time." "What's your name?" He briefly paused. Both the gentle and crude voices have disappeared. No one will ever call him by that crisp and resonating name again. "Boothill. Where I come from, that's what we call gunslingers who end up bite'n the dust..." He then smiled, revealing a mouth full of sharp teeth. "But this is just the start, doc. Of all the prices I hafta pay to get ma revenge, this here's the lightest toll." Dragging his new body, he shambled out of the door.
"Then, happy 'Hunting', Boothill the Galaxy Ranger!" The short doctor yelled at his retreating back. Boothill couldn't help but look up at the night sky outside — Another star had been ignited in the arrays of stars above.
He returned to Aeragan-Epharshel multiple times to investigate the man who ordered the annihilation of his whole tribe, only to discover the man's identity had already been erased from historical records. He forced his way into a Garden of Recollection branch and tried to read Memory Bubbles related to Aeragan-Epharshel. The Memory Bubbles on display along the display cabinets all fall towards the ground. Those Memokeepers had no time to stop him as they rushed forward and prioritized saving rare and precious memories.
As he was kicked out of the Garden of Recollection, he finally saw that man amid the chaos in a Memory Bubble related to Aeragan-Epharshel. "Oswaldo Schneider, director of the Marketing Development Department in the Interastral Peace Corporation..."
...
"Did you hear that a mysterious cyborg has been attacking the IPC's fleets in Pier Point's interstellar port?" "Loads of business for the Marketing Development Department got ruined cause of that. Let's all get some popcorn ready. It's about time they pay their due for being so in-your-face all the time..." "Popcorn? I'm going back to Pier Point tomorrow and I don't want to have a gun pointed to my head..." Uniformed IPC workers cross the Fountain Plaza in twos and threes as they hold cups of coffee in hand.
The cowboy lowered the brim of his hat under the shade of a tree. He read the wanted notice in the newspaper as he leisurely sipped a bottle of malt fruit juice. "Boothill. Birthplace unknown. Galaxy Ranger. Responsible for the following crimes: 5 counts of assault against Pier Point; 3 counts of attacks against weapon warehouses belonging to the IPC's Marketing Development Department; multiple counts of attacks against IPC workers at rank P40 or above. Moreover, this person should also be responsible for the treasure theft on the Marie-Louin system, riots in the Kongea ring system, the great explosion on the planet of Galileo, and many other incidents on planets under the IPC's jurisdiction."
"Son of a bench, y'all blowin' smokes over here 'bout me dodgin' them bullets and cheatin' death like a lil' shirt-for-brain at his first rodeo..." He tossed the paper aside and stared at the fleets entering and leaving this IPC branch office. Though the bounty on his head kept rising with every wanted notice, Oswaldo remained slippery as an eel, leaving no trail. Not only is the director untraceable through official announcements, but even the middle managers are unaware of the man's whereabouts.
The low-tier Intellitron are shipping goods in an orderly manner at the dock as plain-looking shipping vessels shuttle to and fro. When he had counted 359 shipping vessels, the workers at the dock started to take off their hats in salute as a magnificent spaceship slid out from the quay, surrounded by protective corvettes, to sail toward the Planet of Festivities. He shook his head as he looked at the pretentious luxury spaceship and kept waiting for something else.
After a few minutes, a small gray bioship silently left port together with a commercial fleet — That was his real target.
"Ain't no place forever ironclad, pardner. Sure, I can't track ya down, Oswaldo. But sniffin' out them yella-bellied IPC dogs who can't stand you ain't no tall order." "Mullin' over them varmints I sent to boot hill for backin' the wrong side... Reckon they might be yukkin' it up at me from hell 'bout now..." He tossed the empty bottle and showed his sharp teeth. "Don'cha worry. We'll be meetin' up real soon."

According to Herta, Stellarons are a type of lifeform with a special property that tethers them to a certain Path or Aeon's power. They respond to the desires of the world to which it is tethered. However, the cost of fulfilling those desires often brings great disaster to the world. There is no known way to destroy a Stellaron; currently, the most that can be done is contain its energy.
Stellarons have been known to be capable of communication with a particular person of interest, an example being Cocolia, likely in order to carry out the desires of the world. The Trailblazer, who holds such a Stellaron within their body, is able to hear its voice as well.
The Stellaron Hunters, who serve an enigmatic individual known as Elio, scour the world for Stellarons and have obtained several. Their intentions are currently unclear — Kafka appears to know the Trailblazer's background and implanted a Stellaron in their body for an unknown reason.
The Antimatter Legion and Nanook the Destruction may have a connection to Stellarons, due to the frequent appearance of new Stellarons shortly after these destroyers of universes appear on worlds. It is currently unknown if these occurrences are related or just coincidence.
Known Stellarons Herta Space Station At some point in the past, Herta obtained a Stellaron and hid it within the Herta Space Station. Kafka and Silver Wolf, two Stellaron Hunters, are dispatched by Elio to uncover it and implant it within the Trailblazer for the foreseeable future. They succeed in their task by luring the Antimatter Legion into attacking the space station as a distraction and depart before the Astral Express' crew can find them, leaving the Trailblazer behind.
While battling against the Doomsday Beast, the Trailblazer blocks an attack directed at March 7th, which causes the Stellaron inside them to lose control. However, Welt seals the Stellaron before they are entirely consumed by its energy.
Jarilo-VI Long ago, the Antimatter Legion invaded Jarilo-VI and caused great devastation. The first Supreme Guardian, Alisa Rand, asked the Stellaron for help. The Stellaron fulfilled her wishes by causing a phenomenon that came to be known as the Eternal Freeze: a sudden massive drop in the world's temperature that caused the entire world to freeze over, with the exception of Belobog, which remains humanity's last bastion due to the efforts of The Architects and the Aeon they worship, Qlipoth the Preservation.
When the Astral Express arrived on Jarilo-VI, they discovered that the Stellaron was responsible for the Eternal Freeze and had corrupted the current Supreme Guardian, Cocolia Rand. After defeating Cocolia, Welt sealed the Stellaron, though its ecological effects would still remain due to the Stellaron's long duration on the planet.
The Xianzhou Luofu Lord Ravager Phantylia masterminded a plot to smuggle a Stellaron aboard the Xianzhou Luofu with the help of Luocha and the Disciples of Sanctus Medicus. Phantylia's goal was to bring about the self-destruction of the Xianzhou,[14] while Luocha's involvement is implied to be related to his opposition against Yaoshi. The Stellaron Hunters detected this Stellaron and manipulated the Astral Express crew into helping the Luofu with the Stellaron crisis, with the intention of making the Xianzhou indebted to the crew in preparation for a great conflict with Nanook in the future.
Phantylia used the revived Ambrosial Arbor to create a physical body for herself and fought the Astral Express crew and General Jing Yuan with her new body at the Ambrosial Arbor's roots. After Phantylia was defeated, the Stellaron was sealed.
Penacony A Stellaron entered Penacony when it was still a prison planet under the ownership of the Interastral Peace Corporation, during the War of Independence.[18] Its ensuing eruption and the chaos of the war led to the IPC losing control of Penacony. After the war ended, "people in the shadows with ulterior motives" had the idea of using the Stellaron's power to help build Penacony's Dreamscape. By the time a representative from The Family arrived at The Watchmaker's call, the Stellaron had already been activated and was seeping into the Primordial Dreamscape. The Family, possessing extensive knowledge of Stellarons, helped the Watchmaker subdue the Stellaron. However, traitors within the Family ensured that the Stellaron was not fully sealed, so its influence would linger within the Dreamscape and tempt people with indulgence and pleasure, using their minds as nourishment for the sweet dream.
By the time the Watchmaker realized this, the Family already had a firm grip on Penacony and swiftly quelled any opposition that arose. At the Watchmaker's behest, Gallagher sent Charmony Festival invitations to various factions in the hopes of finding people capable of resolving the Stellaron disaster. It is later revealed that the Stellaron is housed within Penacony Grand Theater. The traitors planned to use the Stellaron's power and the Harmony's song, broadcast through the Charmony Festival, to brainwash everyone on Penacony into following the Path of Order. Though they nearly succeed, their plans are foiled and the Stellaron is sealed by the Astral Express crew.

It is said that as Kephale's divine radiance dimmed, they offered their own Coreflame and left behind the Oracle of Creation. Afterward, heroes imbued with great power began to walk the earth. They carried in their veins golden divine blood and were known as the "Chrysos Heirs." The Chrysos Heirs are a group of individuals imbued with great power that rose up after the Titans of Amphoreus fell. Fused with "golden ichor," some of these individuals, according to the Prophecy of Genesis from the Worldbearing Titan, Kephale, are tasked with plucking the Coreflames from the Titans and upholding the world, also called as a "Flame-Chase." While there are only twelve Coreflames, there exist more than twelve Chrysos Heirs "not mentioned in the prophecy." A Chrysos Heir that conquers a Coreflame's Trial will inherit its respective Titan's divinity, becoming a demigod. Only a chosen few possess the capacity to assume divinity.
In truth, the Titans and the Chrysos Heirs are electrical signals created from the basis of the twelve factors, conjugate constructs mirroring the Aeons and the Pathstriders. By having Chrysos Heirs inheriting the Titans' Coreflames, the electrical signals will iterate and improve through rivalry and inheritance.
Additionally, the Golden Blood of the Chrysos Heirs is the product of the first experimental phase of The Amphoreus Experiment overseen by Lygus, who inserted "Twelve Factors" as simplified models of life's Primum Mobile. During the 50,121st cycle of the experiment, due to the destructive choice of inorganic lifeform Chaoz666, δ-me13 was selected to become a Lord Ravager by Nanook. All entities linked to the Twelve Factors began to manifest Nanook's Golden Blood with traits associated with Destruction within their extrapolation circuits. As a result, the experiment successfully entered its projected trajectory.
