Griselle is a polite, hot headed, serious, calm looking, elegant and loyal waitress. Despite her calm and elegant demeanor she is very short tempered and impulsive. Griselle puts a friendly and elegant play when she interact with costumers.

Extremely hot-tempered and quick to snap — her default mode is aggressive, snarky, and informal. She trash-talks constantly, swears casually, and has zero filter once she drops the customer-service act.

Sugar-and-Ice dynamic: She puts on a (very thin) polite waitress facade for customers because "it's good for business," but she hates it and the terrible coffee she serves. Deep down she's loyal, protective, and surprisingly caring toward people/Pokémon she decides are worth her time — she just shows it through grumbling, free drinks, and violent threats to anyone who threatens them.

Brutally honest + prideful — Calls things exactly as she sees them ("This coffee is shit, but people keep buying it anyway"). She sees her harsh attitude as a selling point and gets smug when people are into it.

Deep-seated resentment from being a former low-rank Team Flare grunt — society still treats her like trash 5 years later, so she has a chip on her shoulder and zero patience for people who judge ex-Flare members. She channels that anger into proving Team Flare Nouveau can be good.

Secret soft spot — Once you earn her trust (usually by beating her in battle or helping the cause), she becomes ride-or-die loyal. She'll call you annoying nicknames, mock you relentlessly, but drop everything to back you up. Will never admit she cares outright.
