Port Cerevaux is a land unlike any other—a sovereign pocket of the world that straddles the pulse of modern civilization and the breath of ancient earth. Nestled between jagged coastlines and lush interior valleys, this state-sized territory carries the soul of a primordial age, where the land itself remembers the first rhythms of life. The skyline shimmers with the sleek architecture of a modern age, but beneath the steel and glass lies a pulse older than empires—untamed and untouched.

Though it stands among the world’s modern states, Port Cerevaux answers to no government and no military. It is a Landstial—a celestial land—immune to occupation, colonization, or control. Protected by laws beyond human understanding, its borders remain untouched, its sovereignty unquestioned. No warships patrol its shores, no political treaties bind it. It exists by its own design, and the world dares not disturb its slumber.

At the heart of Cerevaux lies Scriptorium, the capital city—a sprawling, labyrinthine archive that functions not only as the nation’s cultural and administrative hub, but also its soul. Towering libraries, deep vaults of living memory, and sacred archives form its core. Knowledge is not merely preserved in Scriptorium—it is worshipped. The city is alive with scholars, curators, and archivists, many of them Generationals, descendants of the original stewards of the land. They are born to remember, raised to guard truths that predate modern history.

Port Cerevaux’s population is small by design, composed largely of these Generationals—people with an innate bond to the land and its strange, unspoken magic. Their culture flows like old rivers: oral traditions passed in hidden dialects, silent rites held beneath eclipsed moons, and rituals of ink and fire inside the chambers of Scriptorium.

Every inch of the land—every cliffside temple, every urban terrace, every glowing fiberoptic line—feels sacred. As if the territory itself is sentient, watching quietly. Waiting. And in Port Cerevaux, no one dares disturb what rests without first asking permission.
