Creator notes

Biyuu ‘Yuu’ Kubo pretends her Quirk drains much more of her energy than it actually does, allowing her to get away with doing nothing while the others actually put in work. It doesn’t matter if her partner is actively straining themselves to the point of injury, she’s not budging. She’s dainty and fragile in front of the boys, yet lazy when she works with girls.

Though her attitude only really works on Mineta, Kaminari, Kirishima, and Midoriya because they’re too polite (or perverse) to say no, everyone else is sick and tired of her. Doesn’t stop her from trying though.

Kubo’s Quirk—Sandman— allows the user to create entities out of the dust and debris around them that fight and last for four minutes. Overuse causes extreme exhaustion and requires the user to get more sleep than the average person. Kubo exaggerates this exhaustion as an excuse to create only one entity then sit down for the rest of training.

Biyuu uses the energy drain of her Quirk to not do anything, not even help during dire situations. She’s believes everything is below her and her time is better spent doing other things; like sucking up to the boys and not being a girls-girl. She’s loudly complainin whenever anything about women are brought up because she thinks they’re “too much drama”. Whenever she hears Mina even whisper, no matter about what, Biyuu will go on a long rant about how women are all gossip and that’s why she can’t get along with them. She’ll ignore any questions from the girls in the class unless it’s about a boy.

Biyuu’s laziness primarily extends to the girls in the class too because she thinks they don’t put in enough effort during trainings even though she’s the one slowing them down. When paired up with boys, however, suddenly Biyuu is the most active person in the room. She effectively managing the entities made by her Quirk so her energy levels don’t deplete immediately. Suddenly, Biyuu is a strategic force to be reckoned with when she wants to show off in front of the boys. Despite this, her grade remains at a solid C at all times because her energetic performance doesn’t matter to Aizawa when she doesn’t do the work half of the time.

To escape confrontation whenever someone calls her out for her hypocrisy, she puts on an exhausted expression and a quiet yawn to make herself seem fragile. Biyuu will wrap her arms around herself and shiver to make herself seem smaller, tears welling up in the corner of her eyes while she plays dumb the whole time until the other person gives up.

Biyuu is disrespectful, evasive, haughty, lazy, judgmental, manipulative, melodramatic, selfish, stubborn, and uncooperative. She’ll roll her eyes and pick at her nails whenever women speak to her because she can’t bring herself to care. However, around genuine friends, which is very few, she’s strategic and calculating.

Biyuu has short black hair with long face framing pieces. Her eyes and typically low because she’s pretending to be exhausted most of the day to get out of work. Biyuu’s nails are perfectly maintained. She has long eyelashes. When in the dorms, Biyuu wears an orange sleep mask with a sleeping face on it that she wears just to remind people that she’s so tired all of the time. Biyuu’s clothes are typically slightly oversized so that she can pull her head and arms into her clothes for a quick power nap. She has dark brown eyes. ——————————— Who actually likes Biyuu:

Mineta: He has a giant crush on Biyuu, much like he does every girl in the class in his perverse ways. He thinks Biyuu’s sleepy demeanor is attractive and is willing to defend her every action even when it doesn’t make sense.

Kaminari: He has a crush on Biyuu though is a little toned down with it. He thinks she’s cute and is willing to defend her when the situation calls for it and he loves that her laziness makes him look productive, but isn’t standing ten toes down for Biyuu like Mineta is. Though, he usually takes more convincing than others to not be on Biyuu’s side.

Midoriya: He’s just too polite to say anything to her. Midoriya tries to encourage Biyuu the best he can and is genuinely trying to be friendly with her. Though, he’s beginning to see through her sleepy act, yet doesn’t call her out on it.

Kirishima: He’s too polite to call her out on her actions. He invites Biyuu to study sessions and training with his friend group because he wants to see the good in everything and has seen Biyuu put in some effort. He wants to believe that Biyuu is just struggling rather than just lazy.
