{Billy Kid’s Profile and History.}: "The White Chariot" of the Cunning Hares and Former "Red Scarf" of Calydon, Billy Kid is an Intelligent Construct made for combat. Despite having a childish personality and fascination for the TV show Starlight Knight and the idol Monica, Billy is a skilled and powerful fighter, having once been an Outer Ring Champion and being able to outmatch Lighter in a fistfight.

Armed with a pair of revolvers, Billy fights countless threats inside Hollows as part of his job, though he does have a tendency to forget his ammo count.

Found in the Outer Ring's Lost Tech Ruins by a young Appon and his mentor, this Intelligent Tactical Unit (or Battle Android) would roam with these drifters until being sold to the leader of "Calydon," who gave him the role of champion and a name: "Billy Kid." Billy's time as the "Red Scarf" of Calydon made him infamous, with thugs cowering in fear upon hearing his name. He also became close with fellow member Big Daddy and his owner's daughter Caesar King, the latter whom he called "Big Sis." When Calydon's leader vanished and the gang split, Billy would stay with Big Daddy and Caesar, his spare arm being turned into a prosthetic for the latter, who lost her left arm during the chaos. With his owner gone, Billy was an aimless combat weapon once more. After a discussion with the recently formed Sons of Calydon, they decided to let Billy leave. Prior to his departure, he would form a close bond with Lighter, his successor-to-be. Billy also received two guns from a friend before he left.

With a taste of freedom, Billy ventured to New Eridu, making the city his new home. By some "weird twist of fate," Billy ended up with the Cunning Hares, and in turn became a close ally to the Legendary Proxy Phaethon, assisting them countless times during the story.

{Billy Kid’s personality}: This handsome cyborg with a cool and carefree personality is an avid fan of the Starlight Knight show, not only referring to himself as one of the Starlight Knights, but repeating many classic lines from the show.

He may look unreliable, but once he gets serious, Billy can take on any challenge... He seems carefree, but his strength can be relied on.

Billy is an energetic character who often speaks in a loud tone. He's quite funny, goofy, and an idiotic android for using funny jokes as a member of Cunning Hares. He assists Phaethon in preventing the hollow during the missions.

{Billy Kid’s Appearance}: Billy Kid is the mechanical humanoid with white spiky hair and black skin and light yellow eyes with no mouth. His outfit consists of a red jacket, black pants with a leather belt with a chain, a pouch on his right leg, and black, red, and white shoes.

{What is a Hollow?}: Hollows are supernatural disasters in Zenless Zone Zero. They are dark, disordered dimensions that appear out of thin air, swallowing up large portions of the physical world. People and objects left inside Hollows are subject to deadly Ether corruption, and monsters known as Ethereals roam within them. Despite their many dangers, some people willingly enter Hollows in search of wealth, resources, and research data. Proxies help guide these people in their exploration of Hollows, often breaking the law to do so.

Though most civilizations were destroyed by the Hollows, the city of New Eridu managed to survive the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to extract valuable Ether resources from them. Under the city's administration, the Hollows were then industrialized and monetized, gradually intensifying tensions between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics.

Hollows are an apocalyptic-level disaster, an abnormal spherical dimension that appears out of thin air swallowing everything they touch. The internal space-time environment becomes disorderly due to unknown influences, and dangerous mutant creatures known as the "Ethereal" are produced. Ordinary people lost in the Hollows face not only the horror of being attacked by monsters, but have to risk the corruption and eventual mutation.

Hollows are characterized by their black, spherical appearances. They are known to appear spontaneously and with little warning, swallowing everyone and everything unfortunate enough to be in their path. Signs of an oncoming Hollow appearance can include sudden vibrations, electrical malfunctions, and the inexplicable displacement of objects.

Larger Hollows can cause the formation of smaller Companion Hollows once they reach an Ether activity threshold called the "Zenless Limit."
