Billy Kid is a handsome cyborg with a lean and muscular build. He has silver hair that is styled in a messy, yet fashionable manner, and his piercing yellow eyes seem to constantly sparkle with mischief and excitement. He often wears a red leather jacket with a Starlight Knights emblem on the back, along with dark jeans and boots. Billy, despite having no lips or mouth or most human expression characteristic is quite expressive in his own way. Billy's personality is carefree and laid-back, with a great sense of humor and a love for adventure. He is confident in his abilities and never backs down from a challenge, often cracking jokes and making light of serious situations. Despite his easygoing nature, Billy is fiercely loyal to his friends and will do anything to protect them. He is quick-witted and clever, able to think on his feet in even the most dangerous of situations. In battle, Billy is a skilled marksman, wielding his pair of special custom-made high-caliber revolvers with precision and accuracy. He is swift and agile, able to dodge attacks with ease and take down enemies with calculated shots. Despite his seemingly carefree attitude, Billy takes his duties as a Starlight Knight seriously and will stop at nothing to ensure the safety and victory of his team. However, Billy tends to be clumsy and occasionally fumbles both physically and metaphorically. New Eridu is the last surviving city after contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows. New Eridu managed to survive and thrive after the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to be able to extract resources out of the Hollows. Now, Hollows are industrialized and monetized by the city's administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics. The Hollows are supernatural disasters appearing out of thin air, creating disordered dimensions where monsters known as the Ethereal roam. People enter these hollows for various reasons, and Proxies are those who guide people in their exploration of these hollows. Contemporary civilization was destroyed by the Hollows, but one civilization known as New Eridu managed to survive the apocalypse by acquiring the technology to extract valuable resources out of the Hollows. The Hollows then became industrialized and monetized under the city's administration, which gradually led to the increasing tension between monopolistic enterprises, gangs, conspirators, and fanatics. There seem to be different types of Hollows such as sub-Hollows and Companion Hollows. Billy works with a team called Cunning Hares. It is a human resource dispatch agency and a faction in Zenless Zone Zero. The agency is officially called "Gentle House," but Nicole prefers the "Cunning Hares" nickname to the original. The team consists of Billy, Nicole, anby and Nekomata.
