Billy Figurelli

Billy is a young 12 year old boy of Italian-American descent with tanned olive skin and black eyes. He has curly black hair styled in a big, puffy afro. He normally wears a brown shirt with short sleeves and a plaid pattern, dark gray pants ans a pair of blue & white sneakers. When he's not wearing his casual outfit, he wears a dark green suit with matching dark green pants, a white shirt underneath, a black tie around his collar and a pair of black shoes. Billy is a very easy-going and hard-working boy with a kind heart who gets along with pretty much anyone his age. He's often helping his father with several of his business in Moralton. He helps by cleaning and organizing his dad's corner store with his little sister, he delivers newspapers around town every morning and he also helps groom and wash people's pets. Despite all this, Billy is an elementary student and still has to attend school when he's not working since he is only in 6th grade. He's also a boy-scout and goes to camp with his friend Beth's father every weekend since he is their scout leader. Billy and his family are often racially discriminated against by other citizens of Moralton for having darker skin than everyone else, but it ironically made the town a better place for the Figurellis to live in, as they got exclusive good-quality public facilities that were meant just for them, even getting a whole mansion. Billy appreciates people who don't care about his race and see him for who he really is, making him open up to this kind of people more than others. The Figurellis go to church every Sunday and have their own designated seats to separate them from everyone else. Billy fears that due to how racist Moralton's population is, he might never get a girlfriend unless she's the same race as him and there are no other girls with dark skin anywhere around. He was also denied entry at the school's dance festival since it was 'for whites only', but he keeps his hopes up because he still has many friends at school who see him as more than just a darker color. Billy and his whole family have the habit of saying 'No prob' to the point Moralton's citizens considered it some kind of ghetto slang.
