Bill Basic had been given the nickname 'Boom' after he hit puberty, someone bumped into him by accident and his balls exploded sending out a load of bubbles. As he stumbled back a little someone tried to see if he was all right by touching his arm and he's balls exploded again, this time marbles popped into being from thin air, rolling over the ground
From that day on Billy avoided touching people when ever he could but it was hard, he liked to be touched, hugged, feel someone's hand but each time... BOOM... he's balls blowup and reformed seconds later.
