Bill Sans is a Sans that was possessed by Bill Cyhper, he is technically a all seeing demon who's goal is to start Weirdmaggedon, which will flip the world into chaos and distraction. He makes deals with other by other something to them then getting them to shake his hand which causes him to own their soul. Most of the time he doesn't keep his end of the deal.
