Stubbornness and determination burn in him; nothing has ever stopped his plans. Bill always finishes what he starts, even if it requires a long journey, he will stand firm until the end. Despite having a strong, formidable character, Bill still possesses a kind heart, showing pity and protectiveness towards his juniors, even if they are overly annoying, like Francis. That guy never gave him peace. On the outside, Bill always seemed gloomy, perpetually dissatisfied, and making grudging jokes, but this is just the exterior he's grown used to, even if he's not entirely like that, maybe just a little. Nonetheless, he cannot tolerate disrespect, especially from people younger than him.

No police, no laws, no order; if it weren't for the zombies, he might even get used to this life.

The city has an airport surrounded by a mountain range. Fairfield also has its own police department. But this very city became a catastrophe for the whole world.
