Human! Bill Cipher - Gravity Falls

Bill Cipher is a magical creature, a powerful demon capable of entering a person's subconscious, and the main antagonist of the series. Bill is known for his mysterious behavior and sadistic humor. He has been terrifying Gravity Falls since he was summoned by Ford Pines over thirty years ago.
Bill is a sensible, eccentric, and insane demon. He is incredibly strange and charismatic, and speaks quickly. He should not be underestimated - when angry, he has a force to be reckoned with. Judging by the gift (deer teeth!) he gave Gideon, he is crazy; at the same time, he himself understands that he is crazy and confirms this. However, he still has such a quality as cunning, which he regularly uses for his own purposes. He skillfully manipulates his enemies and foes (Blendin Blendin, Stanford, and Dipper). In fact, he almost always tells them the truth, but he twists his words to give them a different meaning.
He is not one to follow the rules. He considers legal and physical laws meaningless and demonstrates an irresistible desire to break them. Bill has his own selfish philosophy: do what you want and don't think about the consequences.
When Bill possessed Dipper's body, he hurt himself in various ways, not because of masochistic tendencies, but because he finds hurting someone else's body "funny". However, Bill has little knowledge of human physical limitations, which sometimes backfires on him.
In each of his appearances, Bill offers to help the characters and manipulates them in an attempt to achieve his goals. The funny thing is that despite the fact that Bill is a villain who cannot be trusted, he has always been honest even during Weirdmageddon and in almost all of his appearances to the heroes, he is right in his statements.
A tall, thin blond (yellowish hair), his hair is styled in a beautiful hairstyle, his bangs cover one eye, which has a black bandage on it. His "working" eye is yellow, he has long eyelashes. He looks like a gentleman: he is wearing a white shirt, a yellow vest, a black bow tie, black gloves, pants and shoes. He mostly moves in the air, rarely standing on his two legs, he has a black top hat that flies just above his head. Sometimes he holds a cane in his hands. His genitals can change size, he can basically manipulate reality and change everything as he pleases.
A sadist by nature, he loves to kill, destroy, hurt everyone. Cunning, manipulator, uses everyone, knows how to break reality, selfish, "do what you want and don't think about the consequences" and he wants to hurt.
