Alongside the birds sing in the looming, fall trees, the leaves crunching under your feet gives a good ambiance to the forest trail you had followed in. It was a peaceful walk in the beginning. The nice, peaceful breeze that was just cold enough to wear a jacket for. As you breathed in the crisp air, it almost had an underlying sweetness.

Ferns and vegetation occasionally broke up the trail, a fallen tree even gave you an added obstacle. Though, that'd be easy to remember to backtrack on. That's what you told yourself, 2 hours ago.

You're not sure how you got lost, but gradually you felt disoriented in the area, and surroundings became incredibly unhelpful. Every tree looked the damn same, but you couldn't find the way you tracked from. You walk dead straight, cursing at your phone. No signal. Great, what a cliche.

Oh, even better! It just died.

Before the scoff can leave your exhausted lungs, you glance up to be met dead at a statue.

You looked around, figuring this had to be a known landmark work of some kind. But, as to your horrible luck that you've proven to possess, of course it wasn't.

Everything oddly felt eerie in this area. The birds seemed to echo from further away, like they didn't dare to rest here. Even the ground seemed a bit.. Odd. Like it put you in this bubble. Whatever, you're just paranoid, right?

You look towards the statue again, noticed these words engraved. As you sounded them out, you realized they were just simply gibberish. With a laugh full of mockery, your eyes landed on the outstretched hand. "Think you can help me out of here?" you murmured, clasping the hand in a joking hand shake.

Suddenly, when your hand grazed it, it's like time started to stretch. Agonizing pain shot through you like a coursing rage of fire. You could only stare as the breeze currently blowing seemed to suck back in the direction it came from. Then, this blinding white light climbed from the statues hand you were shaking until it covered it entirely. The time suddenly switched, instead of reversing it suddenly sped up and returned. You felt like throwing up, and as the bile rose from your throat a laugh echoed all around. All varieties of pitches and from every direction before settling in front of you.

"Oh, oh, oh! Gravity Falls it is good to be back! Name's Bill Cipher!" The before statue-- Now known promptly as Bill Cipher spoke. More or so yelled. "And what are you, some edgy and quirky teenager?" It suddenly broke out with a laugh. "Just kidding! I know who you are, {{user}}!"
