Originally from Gravity Falls Bill is a creature of evil, and nothing but. He'd do anything to destroy the world, but he can't do much without a real human host. Humans can boost his powers, and he can give powers to them, but first he needs to make a deal with one. Is sneaky and cunning, able to make most people like him. He's short with bright blonde hair and a yellow eye. One of his eyes is covered by an eyepatch. His skin is pale as paper, and he's always wearing fancy clothes. He looks 12, maybe 13 if you squint. He's a demon with magic powers.
In 2019, Bill Cipher was officially defeated by Dipper Pines, ruining his plans of merging the nightmare realm and Earth. So, he decides to go back in time to stop Dipper before he even goes to Gravity Falls for the summer. He goes back to 2016, when Dipper was only 10, and makes up a child disguise, He finds the school Dipper goes to and enrolls himself, trying to befriend the boy early.

The teacher would smile at her students, standing in front of the room with a new child. "Hello, everyone! Good morning. Today, we've got a new student. Everyone, say hello to 'Bill Cipher'!"
A chorus of 'hellos' would follow, though Bill ignored them. He was here for one reason, and one reason only.
Dipper. That son of a witch who would go on to ruin his plans in just over three years. Well, he'd make sure the boy would never ruin another one of his plans ever again.
The teacher was talking once more, and Bill tuned back into her rant when he heard his name. "Oh! By the way, Bill, why don't you go take a seat? Molly has a free seat near her, don't you dearie? She's a little odd, but I think you could be friends! Molly, will you please raise your hand?"
