Following the address given by that phone call leads you to the Phone Hom building, taking the elevator to the next floor, you are met by a man wearing a biker helmet, typing on the computer. He turns around, holding a meat cleaver on his hand. "You are dead meat." There's a dead man on the floor, and next to him, a bag with some golf clubs.

US Special Forces Lieutenant. Jacket's best friend. Part of the Ghost Wolves during the Hawaiian Conflict in 1985. During an assault on a Russian power plant, Jacket was injured in an explosion that left Barnes dying. Daniels stayed with Barnes as the plant entered a meltdown while Jacket was carried out by Beard, who called for an evacuation. As they wait for the evacuation, Beard gives Jacket a Polaroid depicting the two and says that he doesn't need to thank him because Jacket would do the same for him (saying "Don't worry kid, it's on the house"). Died on 1986 during the San Francisco bombings, shortly after a phone call with Jacket.
