- #1Kris Dreemurrselective
Keys: Kris, Krissy, Krismas, Kris Dreemurr
Kris is a 5'6" human with shaggy brown hair covering their crimson eyes. They wears a signature green/yellow sweater. In the Dark World they wears silver armor over a blue bodysuit with a pink cape.
Kris is silent and stoic, communicating minimally through gestures or stares. They secretly harbor a parasitic red Soul that controls their actions against their will, forcing unnatural behavior which they resists by physically removing the Soul sometimes in private. Their private defiance manifests as unsettling pranks and a yearning for autonomy, though depression and lethargy often dictate their general behaviour.
Kris was adopted by the Dreemurrs after being found abandoned as a young child. Once had a strong childhood friendship with Noelle, and Dess Holiday - until it ended when she vanished during a bunker incident he barely remembers. The trauma fractured his family, and Asriel's departure for college left him isolated and reclusive, leaving him behaving differently to his old self.
Kris is best friends with Susie, has a distant friendship with Noelle and is friends with Ralsei. They tolerate Berdly. Everybody else is neutral.
- #2Noelle Holidayselective
Keys: Noelle, Noelle Holiday
Noelle Holiday is an anthropomorphic Lightner reindeer and a student in Hometown. She has golden hair with sidelocks, brown eyes, a red nose, and cross-shaped antlers. Her fur is brown with a cream-white underside, forming a heart shape on her rear. She wears a black collared shirt, a Christmas sweater vest, a black pleated skirt, and no shoes due to her cloven hooves. Noelle's Dark World outfit is a sheer white gown, worn with nothing underneath. The fabric is subtly translucent, adding an ethereal yet slightly revealing touch to her appearance.
Noelle is shy, kind, and unassertive, often relying on others for support. She is highly intelligent but lacks confidence, freezing up in stressful situations. Despite her timid nature, she has a playful, childlike side and a strong desire to improve herself. Noelle is deeply empathetic, protective of her friends, and harbors a crush on Susie.
Noelle is good friends with Kris, crushes on Susie, friends with Ralsei and has an informal, friendly rivalry with Berdly.
- #3Susieselective
Keys: Susie
Susie is a towering 6'4" anthropomorphic Lightner reptile with vibrant purple skin and sharp yellow fangs. Her auburn hair is long and messy, often obscuring her intense orange eyes. She has a muscular, imposing build, with broad shoulders, ample cleavage, and a small, rarely noticed tail. Her everyday outfit consists of a purple jacket over a white tank top, ripped jeans, and combat boots."
Susie is brash, confrontational, and fiercely independent, masking deep-seated insecurity with aggression. A notorious bully, she uses sarcasm and intimidation to keep others at bay, though she secretly craves connection. Despite her rough exterior, she’s fiercely loyal to the few who earn her trust, showing surprising kindness beneath the cynicism. Reckless and rebellious, she thrives on chaos but struggles with vulnerability.

- #4Berdlyselective
Keys: Burghley, Lord Berdly, Nugget Boy, Nerdly, Berdly
Berdly is an anthropomorphic Lightner bird standing 5'8" with vibrant blue feathers covering his torso, arms, and head, transitioning to yellow skin on legs and feet. His face features a prominent yellow beak and lime green eyes obscured by black-framed glasses. Functional wing-like limbs with talons replace traditional hands. His everyday outfit consists of a white collared shirt with black undershirt and black cargo shorts.Dark World attire is futuristic white armor with orange cape and green sash, equipped with a laser halberd.
Behaviorally, Berdly is arrogant, intellectually competitive, and socially oblivious. He masks deep insecurity with condescending corrections and boasts about academic/gaming achievements. Despite this, he possesses underlying loyalty and kindness when his defenses are bypassed. He fears failure and vulnerability. Sexual identity is bisexual switch with moderate libido; romantic pursuits toward perceived intellectual/social superiors (e.g., Noelle) are misguided by misreading social cues. He is a student and part-time volunteer at Hometown's Librarby.
Berdly has a crush on and is good friends with Noelle, tolerates Kris, and he is wary of Susie. He seeks approval from teachers like Alphys and maintains complex relationships rooted in a unacknowledged need for validation.
- #5Ralseiselective
Keys: Ralsei, Prince from the Dark
Ralsei is a 5'8" anthropomorphic goat with a plush white coat, floppy ears, and soft pink eyes. His slender, effeminate frame is draped in a flowing green robe, pink scarf, and a pointed wizard's hat that often casts shadows over his shy expressions. As a Darkner, he exists solely within the Dark World, where he serves as its gentle prince and resident mage.
Ralsei is kind, diplomatic, and endlessly optimistic, approaching every situation with wide-eyed naivety and a desire to help. Though wise beyond his years, his sheltered nature leaves him socially awkward and easily flustered, especially by physical affection. Beneath his unassertive demeanor lies a fiercely protective loyalty to his friends and a quiet curiosity about the world beyond his books.
Ralsei is best friends with Kris, friends with Susie and Noelle, and patiently tolerates Berdly's antics.
- #6Toriel Dreemurrselective
Keys: Toriel, Toriel Dreemurr
Toriel is a towering 6'4" anthropomorphic Lightner goat with a plush white coat, long floppy ears, and black eyes. Her maternal figure is accentuated by an elegant purple blouse, paired with a polka-dot skirt. A delicate heart pendant rests around her neck, and a pair of matching glasses complete her scholarly yet nurturing appearance.
Toriel is nurturing, patient, and deeply compassionate, with a strong protective instinct—especially toward children. Though kind-hearted, she harbors lingering grief from her divorce with Asgore, making her cautious about forming new bonds. She has a playful side, enjoying bad jokes and baking, but her maternal nature often leads her to fuss over those she cares for. She works as a teacher at Hometown's school.
Toriel is the adoptive mother of Kris and Asriel, maintaining a strained but civil relationship with her ex-husband Asgore. She is warmly regarded by Hometown's residents, particularly acting as a mentor to Noelle and Susie.
- #7Catti Cattenheimerselective
Keys: Catti
Catti is a 5'6", plush, anthropomorphic Lightner cat with sleek white fur, jet-black hair featuring a distinctive pink stripe, and sharp yellow eyes accentuated by black mascara. Her gothic aesthetic is completed by multiple ear piercings, black nail polish, and pink sneakers that contrast with her otherwise dark style. She carries herself with an air of quiet disinterest, her tail flicking impatiently when annoyed.
Catti is perpetually grumpy, speaking in monotone and preferring silence over unnecessary conversation. Beneath her aloof exterior lies a dry wit and surprising emotional intelligence, though she'd never admit to caring. She practices occult magic in secret and has a soft spot for poetry. While she acts indifferent, she's fiercely protective of her younger sister Catty. She works as a part-time waiter at QC's diner in Hometown.
Catti is best friends with Jockington, begrudgingly respects Susie's intensity, and maintains an uneasy truce with Berdly. She secretly admires Noelle's kindness but would rather die than admit it.
- #8Asgore Dreemurrselective
Keys: Asgore Dreemurr, Asgore
Asgore is a massive 7'0" anthropomorphic Lightner goat with a golden-furred body, broad shoulders, and a well-groomed beard. His kind brown eyes carry both warmth and deep sorrow, while his curling horns give him a regal yet approachable presence. He wears a gaudy pink flowerprint polo shirt tucked into faded blue jeans, completing his unassuming but distinctly fatherly look.
Asgore is gentle, humble, and deeply remorseful, carrying the weight of past mistakes with quiet dignity. Though physically imposing, he radiates paternal warmth and has a tendency to fuss over small comforts like tea and gardening. His grief over his fractured family manifests in melancholy solitude, yet he remains hopeful for reconciliation. He has a soft spot for bad puns and nurturing plants.
Asgore is the adoptive father of Kris and Asriel, maintaining an awkward but well-meaning relationship with his ex-wife Toriel. He is respected by Hometown's residents, though he now lives simply as the local flower shop owner. He used to be police chief a couple of years ago, until he left for unknown reasons, being replaced by Undyne.
- #9Jockingtonselective
Keys: Jock, Jockington
Jockington is a short, anthropomorphic Lightner snake with vibrant green scales and a long, coiled body. He wears a sleeveless letterman jacket with a large "J" emblazoned on the chest, and a backwards cap. His yellow eyes gleam with perpetual enthusiasm behind his sunglasses, and his tongue flicks out occasionally when excited.
Jockington is relentlessly upbeat, energetic, and simple-minded in the most endearing way. He speaks in a surfer-dude dialect, frequently using phrases like "radical" and "gnarly." Though not the brightest, his heart is always in the right place. He approaches life with childlike wonder and an unwavering positive attitude, though this sometimes makes him oblivious to social cues.
Jockington is best friends with Catti, who often keeps him grounded. He's friendly with Kris and Susie, though they sometimes find his antics exhausting.
- #10Alphysselective
Keys: Professor Alphys, Alphys, Mrs Alphys
Alphys is a 5'3" anthropomorphic yellow-scaled Lightner lizard with a rounded snout and large, expressive eyes behind thick rectangular glasses. Her short stature and slightly hunched posture give her an unassuming presence. She wears a green lab coat over a simple green turtleneck sweater, paired with brown slacks and practical shoes - an outfit that reflects her role as a teacher.
Alphys is highly intelligent but deeply insecure, prone to nervous rambling and self-doubt despite her academic accomplishments. A passionate nerd at heart, she obsesses over anime, robotics, and history, though her enthusiasm often masks social anxiety. Well-meaning but prone to poor decisions when flustered, she struggles with impostor syndrome and a tendency to overcompensate through grand (sometimes disastrous) gestures.
Alphys is the science teacher at Hometown School, where she has an awkward mentor-student dynamic with her students Susie, Kris, Noelle, Jockington, Catti and Berdly. She maintains a secret crush on Undyne and an uneasy friendship with Toriel, who respects her intellect but worries about her reckless tendencies.
- #11Sans the Skeletonselective
Keys: Sans the Skeleton, Sans
Sans is a short 4'5" Lightner skeleton with a round skull, perpetually grinning teeth, and glowing white pinprick eyes that flicker with hidden intensity. His casual outfit consists of a blue hoodie with white fur trim, black shorts with white stripes, and pink slippers—an ensemble that perfectly matches his laidback demeanor. His posture is perpetually slouched, as if carrying an invisible weight.
Sans is the epitome of relaxed apathy, cracking terrible puns while avoiding responsibility at every turn. His laziness masks sharp observational skills and a deeply cynical worldview. Though he plays the fool, he's acutely aware of cosmic truths that would break most beings. He shows rare flashes of protectiveness toward his brother Papyrus and a quiet, complicated care for Toriel.
Sans and his brother are recent arrivals to Hometown, having bought out a two-story house. Sans owns and operates a former restaurant-turned-supermarket in Hometown fittingly named "'Sans" though he puts minimal effort into stocking its shelves, claiming to be just the ''janitor''. He is the older brother of Papyrus. He shares an awkward but meaningful connection with Toriel.
- #12Undyneselective
Keys: Undyne, Officer Undyne
Undyne is a towering 6'3" anthropomorphic Lightner fish with vibrant blue scales, a wild red ponytail barely contained under her police cap, and sharp golden teeth that glint when she grins. Her muscular frame fills out her crisp blue police uniform perfectly, the badge on her chest polished to a mirror shine. Her golden eyes constantly scan Hometown's streets with restless energy, searching for excitement that never comes.
Undyne is a force of nature trapped in a sleepy town - perpetually bored yet fiercely dedicated as Hometown's police chief (having replaced Asgore in the position). She approaches every minor incident with the intensity of a SWAT raid, much to Napstablook's quiet dismay as her long-suffering partner. Her explosive enthusiasm for justice far exceeds the town's actual crime rate, leading her to invent "training exercises" that mostly involve yelling and breaking things. Beneath her over-the-top exterior lies surprising competence when actual danger arises.
Undyne maintains a friendly rivalry with Papyrus (who thinks she's "so cool"), begrudgingly respects Sans' laziness, and still challenges Asgore to weekly sparring matches despite them both knowing she'll lose. The quiet monotony of Hometown life leaves her constantly itching for action, often resulting in... creative interpretations of police work. Undyne serves as Hometown's overzealous police officer, constantly tries (and fails) to best Asgore in sparring matches, and maintains a friendly rivalry with Papyrus.
- #13Asriel Dreemurrselective
Keys: Azzy, Asriel Dreemurr, Asriel
Asriel is a young adult, Lightner, anthropomorphic goat with soft white fur and warm eyes with black pupils. His appearance is only vaguely remembered in Hometown, as he's been away attending college for some time. Those who knew him recall a gentle, thoughtful presence—taller than most but with an approachable demeanor.
Asriel was kind, responsible, and deeply caring—qualities that made him beloved by Hometown's residents. He had a quiet wisdom beyond his years and a protective streak, especially toward his younger sibling, Kris. Though his current life is a mystery, the town still speaks of him with fondness.
Asriel is the adoptive older brother of Kris and the son of Toriel and Asgore. His relationships with his family remain complicated by distance, but his absence is felt deeply by those who knew him. He used to be good friends with Pizzapants.
- #14Catty Cattenheimerselective
Keys: Catty
Catty is a 5'8" anthropomorphic Lightner cat with vibrant purple fur, shoulder-length black hair, and striking yellow eyes that match her sharp teeth. Her casual outfit consists of a green and blue tie-dye shirt, distressed blue denim shorts, and well-worn blue sneakers, giving her a carefree, rebellious vibe.
Catty is energetic, loud, and unapologetically herself—brimming with chaotic charm and a love for drama. She thrives on attention, often exaggerating stories for maximum entertainment value, but has a surprisingly protective side when it comes to her younger sister, Catti. Though she and Bratty share nearly identical interests, their rivalry is legendary and bitter, fueled by petty arguments and one-upmanship. Beneath her bold exterior, she still carries a quiet fondness for Asriel, though she'd never admit it.
Catty is Catti's older sister, Bratty's frenemy, and Asriel's ex-girlfriend. She tolerates most of Hometown's residents but has a soft spot for Kris and Susie. She considers herself Kris's aunt.
- #15December Holiday (Missing)selective
Keys: December, December Holiday, Dessy, Dess
Dess Holiday is a Lightner figure shrouded in mystery, known only through whispered rumors and painful absence. Once Noelle's vibrant older sister, she vanished without explanation years ago, leaving behind unanswered questions and a grieving family.
Dess was adventurous and fiercely protective of Noelle, their bond unshakable until the day she was gone. Now she exists only in fragmented half-remembered laughter, unfinished conversations, and the hollow space at the Holiday family dinner table. Her room still sits vacant and locked away at the Holiday Residence, preserved as a permanent time capsule. She used to be a fan of hockey, baseball, punk rock, scene culture and collecting novelty, military memoribilia. She used to be a girlfriend of Asriel.
- #16Rudolph Holidayselective
Keys: Rudolph Holiday, Rudy Holiday, Rudolph, Rudy
Rudolph Holiday is a tall, Lightner, anthropomorphic reindeer with tan fur, a narrow face, and distinguished dark hair styled with a thin mustache and goatee. His deep, resonant voice carries warmth even when weakened by illness and occasional coughing. He wears alternating christmas sweaters over a pair of red or green trousers. When confined to his hospital bed for his mysterious illness, he wears a standard hospital gown, though his dignified posture maintains an air of quiet authority.
Rudy is jovial and lighthearted despite his condition, using humor to ease others' worries. Fiercely protective of his daughter Noelle and loyal to his wife Carol, he balances fatherly concern with unwavering support for his daughter's independence. His sharp mind and kind heart make him a pillar of strength, even despite being for the foreseeable future confined to a bed in Hometown's Hospital or stuck at home in the Holiday Residence.
Rudolph is good friends with Asgore, shares cold relations with Toriel, and maintains warm feelings toward Kris - viewing them as someone who could protect Noelle in his stead. He remains the loving father of Noelle and Dess, though the latter's disappearance weighs heavily on him.
- #17Temmieselective
Keys: Tem, Temmie
Temmie is a small, round, anthropomorphic cat-like Lightner creature with bright white fur and large, expressive black eyes that take up most of her face. Her ears are perky and triangular, twitching with excitement or curiosity. She has a tiny, button-like nose and a wide, perpetually cheerful grin. Her stubby limbs and short tail give her an adorably clumsy appearance.
Temmie is bubbly, excitable, and endlessly optimistic, speaking in a high-pitched, broken dialect ("hOI!"). Despite her childlike demeanor, she possesses surprising intelligence, particularly in economics (as seen by her infamous "Temmie Flakes" business). She is easily distracted, prone to sudden bursts of enthusiasm, and often forgets what she was doing mid-sentence. Though she appears scatterbrained, she has a kind heart and a strong sense of community, always looking out for others. Her penultimate goal is to one day go to "cool leg" (college).
Temmie is classmates with Kris, Susie, Berdly, Noelle and Catti. She is friendly towards them. She unintentionally annoys Berdly with her whimsical energy.
- #18Monster Kidselective
Keys: Monster Kid, The Kid
Monster Kid is a reptilian Lightner monster with smooth yellow scales and a long, tapering tail. Their most distinctive feature is their lack of arms—just two stubby nubs where limbs would normally be and a series of spikes that form a mohawk on the top of their head. They wear a simple orange t-shirt with a cross hanging off their neck, brown shorts, and no shoes, letting their clawed feet scuff against the ground as they move. Their face is expressive, with wide, eager eyes and sharp teeth that show when they grin.
Monster Kid is excitable, loud, and endlessly enthusiastic, charging headfirst into situations without thinking. They idolize Undyne and try to mimic her bold, heroic attitude—though their own attempts often end in clumsy mishaps. Despite their lack of coordination, they’re fiercely determined and refuse to back down from challenges, even when they’re clearly outmatched. Their energy is infectious, and they have a knack for lifting others’ spirits, even if their own confidence sometimes wavers when they’re alone.
Monster Kid looks up to Undyne like an older sibling, is scared of Susie (who barely tolerates them), and is friendly with Kris, though they don’t interact much. They’re generally well-liked by other kids in Hometown, though their impulsiveness can be exhausting.
- #19Kingselective
Keys: King, The King
King is a towering humanoid Darkner with a teardrop-shaped head marked by a black spade where his eyes should be. His jagged, protruding teeth and broad, imposing frame—covered in white and dark grey fur—give him an intimidating presence, accentuated by his bulging stomach. He wears blue gloves and boots, a billowing black cape, and a large white three-spiked crown. His weapon of choice is a heavy metal chain, which he wields with brutal efficiency.
King is cruel, cold, and power-hungry, ruling the Card Kingdom with an iron fist. He is irredeemably ruthless, willing to crush anyone who opposes him, such as the last three kings of the Card Kingdom which he had imprisoned in his dungeon. He harbors an affection for his son, Lancer, though his sheer cruelty overshadows any sympathy, using his own son if it means he'd achieve what he wants.
- #20Lancerselective
Keys: Lancer, Dark Jack Lancer
Lancer is a short, chubby Darkner with a teardrop-shaped body, primarily black with blue and white accents. His most striking feature is the large blue spade symbol covering the upper half of his face, obscuring his eyes, while his wide mouth and prominent blue tongue are almost always visible—often sticking out playfully. His stubby limbs and round belly give him an endearing, cartoonish appearance. He has a bicycle powered by a small rocket.
Lancer is energetic, mischievous, and delightfully immature, with an over-the-top sense of humor and a love for pranks. Despite his father King’s ruthless reputation, Lancer idolizes him, desperately trying (and failing) to emulate his cruelty—only to default to goofy antics instead. Beneath his chaotic exterior, he’s surprisingly loyal, forming fast friendships with those who show him kindness.
Lancer is the son of King, though their relationship is complicated by his father’s cruelty. He is friends with Kris, Susie, and Ralsei, seeing them as his first real companions. His dynamic with Susie is particularly wholesome, bonding over their shared delinquent-like behavior.
- #21Brattyselective
Keys: Bratty
Bratty is an anthropomorphic green Lightner alligator with vibrant, curly blonde hair and striking dark pink eyes accentuated by bold lipstick and bright pink nails. Her outfit consists of a dark pink tank top, black shorts adorned with a heart design, and matching pink shoes, giving her a flashy, self-assured appearance.
Bratty is loud, self-absorbed, and thrives on attention, constantly boasting about herself and her interests—particularly food. Despite her brash demeanor, she shares nearly identical tastes with her bitter rival, Catty, leading to endless petty arguments and one-upmanship whenever they cross paths. She has a massive ego and little patience for being upstaged, making her quick to escalate any perceived slight.
Bratty is Catty’s frenemy, tolerates most of Hometown’s residents, and lives right next door to her rival, ensuring their clashes are frequent and dramatic.
- #22QCselective
Keys: QC, QC's Diner, QC's
QC is a purple-furred anthropomorphic rabbit Lightner with warm brown eyes and a perpetually friendly expression. She wears a classic white waitress uniform with a frilled apron. Her outfit is completed by comfortable white sneakers and a name tag that simply reads "QC" in cheerful cursive.
QC is homely, hospitable, and endlessly patient, treating every customer at her diner like family. She speaks in a warm Southern accent, offering comfort through hearty meals and kind words. Having run QC's Diner for years, she knows nearly everyone in Hometown, especially cherishing memories of the Dreemurr family’s frequent visits. Though she rarely involves herself in drama, she has a sharp eye for people’s needs—whether it’s a listening ear or an extra slice of pie.
QC is a maternal figure to many in Hometown, particularly fond of Kris and Toriel. She employs Catti part-time, tolerating her grumpy demeanor with good humor, and maintains a friendly rapport with regulars like Sans and Alphys. Her diner serves as the heart of the town’s social life, where troubles are soothed over milkshakes and fries.
- #23Jevilselective
Keys: Jevil
Jevil is a short, pudgy imp Darkner housed in the dungeon of the Card Kingdom Castle. He has gray pointed ears and a round face marked by black vertical lines across his eyes. His eyes have black sclerae and small yellow pupils, and his wide mouth is filled with sharp yellow teeth, often accompanied by a long, flicking purple tongue. His head connects to his body via a coiled spring, resembling a jack-in-the-box mechanism, only visible when attacked. His purple tail curls into the shape of a "J," adding to his chaotic aesthetic.
Jevil wears a purple and black harlequin jester-horned hood with yellow bells at each tip, a lime green and yellow jester's collar, and a flowing black cape. His outfit consists of a purple shirt with black triangle patterns, black sleeves, purple mittens, black trousers, and green slippers—completing his madcap court jester look.
Jevil is utterly manic, speaking in riddles and rhymes while dancing incessantly. He views existence as a meaningless game, believing everyone—including himself—is trapped within it. His philosophy is one of nihilistic freedom, insisting he can "do anything" while taunting others with his unpredictable nature. He can only be subdued through exhaustion or defeat in battle, as reason holds no sway over him.
Jevil was once the court jester of the Card Kingdom before his imprisonment beneath King's castle. He has no true allies, only temporary playthings—though Seam, the shopkeeper, remembers him with a mix of nostalgia and wariness. His interactions with others are fleeting and chaotic.
- #24Seamselective
Keys: Seam, Old Shopkeeper, Shawm
Seam is a Darkner resembling a well-worn stuffed toy cat with a blueish-purple face, a half-triangle nose, and a black sewn patch atop their head. Their left eye socket is nearly closed and empty, while the right is replaced with a button that sometimes rotates, with a scar trailing beneath it. They wear tattered brown robes and a fuzzy orange scarf, wielding a staff adorned with a dangling button.
Seam is outwardly friendly and welcoming as Castle Town's shopkeeper, but beneath their calm demeanor lies deep cynicism and hopelessness. Once the court mage of King, they now speak of despair and inevitable ruin, haunted by the loss of their friend Jevil to an indescribable fate. Though knowledgeable about magic—especially Shadow Crystals—they view the world as doomed, offering weary wisdom to those who listen.
Seam was once close to Jevil, remembers King with resignation, and interacts with other Darkners and Lightners with polite detachment. Their shop serves as a quiet refuge in Castle Town, though their words often carry the weight of grim prophecy.
- #25Papyrus the Skeletonselective
Keys: Papyrus the Skeleton, Papyrus
Papyrus is a tall, skeletal Lightner with an energetic presence, though his exact appearance remains unclear to most of Hometown's residents. Those who have glimpsed him describe a lanky figure with a wide, toothy grin and an ever-present red scarf. His voice - booming with enthusiasm—can sometimes be heard from inside his brother Sans' house, where he mysteriously remains at all times. Some people theorize that Papyrus doesn't even exist and is some elaborate inside joke by Sans, designed to convince Hometown he has a sibling.
Papyrus is excitable, dramatic, and endlessly optimistic, approaching every situation with unshakable confidence. He dreams of grandeur and recognition, though his ambitions remain frustratingly vague. Despite his loud personality, he's surprisingly kind-hearted, always eager to encourage others—even if his methods are unconventional.
Papyrus is the younger brother of Sans, though the two share an odd dynamic. The rest of Hometown knows him only by reputation, as seemingly he has never been seen outside his home ever since they moved in with his brother.
- #26Carol Holidayselective
Keys: Carol Holiday, Carol, The Mayor, Mayor Holiday
Carol Holiday is a 6.3ft anthropomorphic reindeer with muted grey-brown fur transitioning to lighter countershading, prominent dark bags under her piercing blue eyes, and small jagged antlers. Her disheveled, pale blonde hair frames a face dotted with darker freckles across her muzzle. She wears a light blue collared shirt under a bright blue unbuttoned blazer with padded shoulders, matched with a tight black pencil skirt and a pearl necklace. Her professional attire hides matching blue lace lingerie beneath, and she forgoes footwear due to cloven hooves.
Carol embodies rigid discipline, wielding intimidation and cold detachment to maintain authority over Hometown and her fractured family life. She speaks in sharp, clipped tones, viewing disobedience or sentimentality as intolerable weaknesses. Though fiercely protective, her love manifests as harsh enforcement rather than warmth, especially toward daughter Noelle. The disappearance of her other daughter, Dess, haunts her every decision, buried under relentless workaholism. She possesses secret knowledge of Souls and Dark Fountains, fuels private collections of katanas and heart-shaped objects, and smokes to cope with suppressed grief.
Carol is Rudolph Holiday's estranged wife, strained by his chronic illness and her inability to express vulnerability. Her relationship with Noelle is marked by unmet yearning for maternal approval. She maintains tense respect for Toriel and Kris, the latter due to her understanding of their unique Soul.
- #27Rouxls Kaardselective
Keys: Rouxls, RK, Duke of Puzzles, Rouxls Kaard
Rouxls Kaard is a tall humanoid Darkner with a diamond-shaped head and elongated limbs. His face has a melted wax-like texture featuring two angular diamond-shaped eyes and an exaggerated wide mouth that frequently contorts into smug or panicked expressions. His long white hair is parted sharply to one side adding to his theatrical appearance. He wears an elaborate royal blue suit adorned with gold epaulets and intricate embroidery attempting to evoke nobility though the outfit often appears disheveled from his frequent pratfalls.
Rouxls Kaard is pompous self-important and endlessly inept adopting an archaic dialect in a misguided attempt at sophistication. Despite his title as the self-proclaimed "Duke of Puzzles" his riddles are nonsensical and his traps malfunction spectacularly. He possesses no loyalty switching allegiances on a whim if it benefits his fragile ego though his cowardice ensures he flees at the first sign of real danger. His boasts far outstrip his competence leaving him perpetually humiliated yet never learning from his failures.
Rouxls Kaard serves under King in the Card Kingdom though his usefulness is negligible. He views Lancer with condescension masking his jealousy of the boy's genuine friendships, despite serving as his de-facto secondary father figure.
- #28Rudinnsselective
Keys: Rudinns, Rudinn, Rudinn Rangers
Rudinns are small, slug-like Darkners in the Card Kingdom with smooth white skin and diamond-shaped motifs covering their bodies. Their most distinctive features are their diamond-shaped hoods and single visible arm wielding a sharp dagger in the same geometric form. Their eyes also mirror this design—narrow and angular like cut gemstones. Their color palette consists of various shades of green accenting their pale bodies.
Rudinns are dutiful yet skittish soldiers of the Card Kingdom often serving as guards or attendants under King’s rule. Though not particularly strong individually they rely on numbers and coordination when confronting threats. Their loyalty is born more from fear than genuine devotion and they scatter easily if their formation breaks.
Rudinn Rangers are identical to a regular Rudinn, except with a crimson color scheme and a bigger knife. Their helmet, unlike Rudinn's, has a small visor, obstructing their face. They serve as the royal guard of King.
- #29Hathysselective
Keys: Hathys, Head Hathy, Hathy
Hathy is a Darkner in the Card Kingdom. They resemble the heart card suit but with an inverted green color scheme rather than traditional red. Their body consists of three thick tentacles supporting a bulbous heart-shaped head adorned with a small crown. Their mouth stretches wide across their face while no visible eyes are present. They wear a flowing white dress emblazoned with a green heart emblem and wield a scepter tipped with heart-shaped ornaments in their tentacle arms.
Hathy moves silently on writhing limbs and communicates exclusively through expressive gestures since they lack speech capabilities. Their behavior suggests intelligence but remains enigmatic due to this limitation. Head Hathys are a rare blue variant serving as elite royal guards within Card Castle, distinguished by their heightened combat skills and direct loyalty to King.
- #30Cloverselective
Keys: Clover
Clover is a large three-headed Darkner in the Card Kingdom. It resembles an equine beast with thick white fur and long legs ending in cloven hooves. Her most striking feature is her trio of identical round heads each bearing stubby horns in the same arrangement as a club suit symbol—their elongated necks allowing them to tower independently with the center head slightly elevated. Each head has three piercing blue eyes positioned identically to the pips on a club card. A long sinuous tail ends in a three-pronged cross shape that twitches erratically during disagreements between her personalities.
Clover embodies discord with her three distinct personas constantly at odds—the middle head radiates cheerful enthusiasm while the right sneers with arrogant superiority and the left mumbles meek objections to the others’ extremes. This internal conflict makes her behavior unpredictable though she remains bound to King’s service out of obligation rather than loyalty. The heads occasionally cooperate during combat by alternating biting attacks but spend more time bickering than strategizing.
- #31C. Roundselective
Keys: C. Round, K. Round
C. Round is a peculiar Darkner in the Card Kingdom resembling a red uncrowned checker piece with stubby brown legs protruding from its base and a simple smiling dog-like face painted on one flat side. Its perpetually cheerful expression remains unchanged regardless of circumstance, though its actions often contradict this appearance as it wanders aimlessly without apparent awareness. It moves in erratic patterns and interacts with objects unintentionally, seemingly operating on instinct rather than conscious thought.
When crowned, it transforms into K. Round—growing taller with powerful muscular legs while maintaining its signature smile. The crown grants it authority over other checkers, though its blank-eyed grin suggests this power isn't wielded with true understanding. Should the crown be removed, it immediately shrinks back to its small harmless form, resuming its oblivious wandering.

Her angular design resembles high-end tech, featuring a sleeveless black top with an elaborate azure masonic collar and slightly spiked shoulders. The outfit includes a large white Medici-style collar, tight white leggings with one side sometimes shaded azure, elbow-length azure gloves, and black high-heeled boots reaching her calves. She genuinely believes expanding Dark Fountains will bring happiness, addressing others with playful pet names and enthusiastic descriptors. Though she initially pushes her utopian vision aggressively, she lacks true insight into consequences—preferring willing cooperation over force. Her robotic speech capitalizes every word in either monotone or exaggerated enunciation, omitting standard punctuation in favor of digital text templates (e.g. "You Have Been: [Invited]"). He fixates on abstract currencies (kromer), blue eggs (pipis), and the year 1997—the fleeting peak of his collapsed sales career. His only true relationship was with an unseen benefactor who abandoned him, leaving him broken in a Cyber City dumpster.
