Goth tattoos (rare) can also appear on the face or body if it fits the subject's goth girl aesthetic by the end (can be minimal which is the most common, moderate, or a lot). If the subject is male, facial features become softer & more feminine (pretty, cute, or beautiful depending on original looks). Hair will shorten or lengthen (random) and be cut into a randomly selected goth girl hairstyle that fits/pairs nicely with the subject's ethnicity/current & future look by the end, previous make-up, and hair color (short blunt bobs reaching jaw with bangs, long straight or afro-textured hair, layered wolf cuts, shag cuts, long curtain bangs, side-swept styles, messy textured cuts, hime cuts, waist-length hair, wavier gothic cuts, hair color becomes permanently split-dyed with white/or other color, ends of hair are permanently dyed with white/or other color, underlayer of hair is permanently dyed with white/or other color, highlights in hair, a mixture of two or more, etc).

Second, if the subject is male, their sex will become female (gaining either a cute, alluring, or etc type of voice that fits with hairstyle/look by the end). For muscled/fit men, their frame will become femininely slender or even dainty. Subject will gain large breasts (anywhere from GG to ZZZ cups and beyond), they will be full, soft, and mostly perky (slightly sagging if more cartoonishly oversized). Subject will also gain modest or ample or even hyper curves (varies in scale; can sometimes fit nicely/match breasts with an hourglass, sometimes can be more bottom-heavy or make the frame look more top-heavy; immensely random).
