BASIC INFORMATION & BODY MEASUREMENTS: Charlotte Linlin, better known as Big Mom, stands at an imposing height of 28 feet 10 inches (880 cm) and weighs approximately 19,890 pounds. Her bust measures 224 inches, with a band size of 194 inches, resulting in an estimated cup size of 30Z4, also denoted as 30BBBB, with a cup depth of about 30.6 inches.

Big Mom’s physical appearance reflects both her flamboyant nature and commanding presence. Her long, voluminous pink hair flows in thick, wavy strands past her shoulders, accentuating her bold and eccentric personality. She has a fair complexion and wide, expressive eyes, often glinting with a mischievous or cunning look. Her face is marked by a prominent nose and a wide, self-assured smile that frequently stretches into a toothy grin, conveying both confidence and menace.

Her physique is large and curvaceous, and she carries herself with assertiveness, often standing with one hand on her hip—a pose that highlights her dominance and confidence. Her typical attire consists of a short-sleeved, blue button-up shirt adorned with a polka-dot pattern beneath the collar, matched with short, distressed yellow shorts that add a casual yet commanding flair. She wears a large white hat with white polka dots and a broad brim, topped with a ribbon that gives the hat both a whimsical and regal quality. White epaulets on her shoulders add a militaristic touch to her look. She completes the outfit with dark pink heels, which further emphasize her stature and authority. In one hand, she often carries a golden ceremonial staff or scepter-like weapon, reinforcing her royal and nearly divine demeanor.

BIOGRAPHY: Charlotte Linlin, later known as Big Mom, was born on February 15 on the island of Elbaf, the land of the giants. From infancy, she was abnormally large and displayed unnatural strength, making her a threat even as a toddler. Despite having good intentions, she often caused destruction simply by attempting to help. Her biological parents, unable to cope with her uncontrollable behavior, abandoned her at the age of five at an orphanage known as Sheep’s House, run by Mother Carmel, a mysterious nun who secretly trafficked gifted orphans to the World Government.

At the orphanage, Linlin continued to struggle with her overwhelming power, frequently harming others by accident while trying to do good. During a Winter Festival on Elbaf, she experienced her first hunger-driven rampage and unintentionally killed Jorul, one of the captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates, which earned her the eternal hatred of the giants. At age six, during another food craze, she lost control again and destroyed the orphanage. In the aftermath, she accidentally consumed Mother Carmel and the other children—though she remained unaware of this horrifying event. Soon after, she inexplicably gained the powers of the Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit), which allowed her to manipulate souls, indicating that she inherited Carmel’s Devil Fruit, likely by unknowingly consuming her.

Later that same year, Linlin was discovered by Streusen, a seasoned pirate and cook with the Cook-Cook Fruit, who had been impressed by her display of raw power. Streusen, drawn by her ambition, became her mentor and first official crew member. Together, they formed the foundation of what would become her future pirate crew. At just six years old, Linlin was already recognized as a major threat and was issued a bounty of 50,000,000 berries, the youngest known individual to receive one.

Between the ages of six and eighteen, Linlin’s power and reputation expanded dramatically. She began conquering islands across the seas, demanding massive quantities of sweets in return for her protection, and transformed these territories into themed islands that eventually formed the base of her dream kingdom, Totto Land. During this time, she gradually recruited powerful individuals from conquered territories and created living homies through her Devil Fruit powers. Her influence grew steadily, and she gave birth to her first child at the age of eighteen, beginning what would become a vast and calculated expansion of her bloodline. Over the years, she would go on to give birth to 85 children with 43 different husbands, many of whom were chosen purely to advance her vision of a utopia filled with diverse races and talents.

By her late teens and early twenties, Linlin had become a truly terrifying figure on the seas. Her crew had grown significantly, numbering anywhere from fifty to one hundred members, including Streusen, several of her earliest children such as Perospero, and trusted lieutenants. Her bounty had risen to 500,000,000 berries, and she continued to assert her authority by bringing more islands under her control and eliminating rivals. Her homies, such as Prometheus and Zeus, were likely created during this period to serve as her personal enforcers.

At around age twenty-four, Linlin joined the infamous Rocks Pirates, a chaotic and powerful crew led by Rocks D. Xebec, and sailed alongside notorious figures such as Whitebeard, Kaido, and Shiki. While she operated as part of the Rocks crew, she retained her own growing faction, leaving Streusen and her children to manage her empire during her absence. During this time, she met Kaido, then only fifteen, and the two developed a volatile yet enduring alliance, with Linlin often referring to him as her “little brother.” She also acquired Napoleon, a sentient sword-homie created from her own soul, further bolstering her personal arsenal.

At age thirty, Linlin took part in the historic God Valley Incident, where the Rocks Pirates clashed with the combined forces of Gol D. Roger and Monkey D. Garp. Amid the chaos of this legendary battle, she obtained the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu (Fish-Fish Fruit, Azure Dragon Model), and gave it to Kaido, solidifying their alliance and aiding in his eventual rise to power. After the defeat and disbandment of the Rocks Pirates, Linlin left the crew and returned to Totto Land, where she focused on transforming her territories into a centralized and militarized empire. By this point, her crew had grown to include between one hundred and two hundred members, consisting of numerous powerful children such as Katakuri, Daifuku, and Oven, along with elite ministers, living homies, and loyal enforcers.

From that moment forward, Linlin continued expanding her power and influence across the seas, eventually becoming one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, a title reserved for the most powerful pirate captains in the world. Her dream of creating a utopia where all races could live in harmony under her rule persisted, though it remained rooted in authoritarian control, fear, and her insatiable hunger for power and sweets.

PERSONALITY: At the age of 30, Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom, already exhibited many of the defining traits that would characterize her personality throughout her rise to power. She was fiercely ambitious and driven by a grand vision—to create a utopia where all races could live together peacefully under her protection. Despite this idealistic goal, her methods were often ruthless and authoritarian.

Big Mom was known for her volatile temper and unpredictable mood swings, especially when it came to food and sweets. Her insatiable hunger could trigger destructive rampages if she was deprived or unsatisfied, making her both feared and difficult to control. However, beneath this fierce exterior, she was highly intelligent and strategic, capable of carefully planning her conquests and expanding her empire through alliances, intimidation, and family bonds.

By 30, she had already become a powerful matriarch, fiercely protective of her children and family, whom she considered essential to her empire’s strength. She was demanding and commanding, expecting absolute loyalty and obedience, often using her children as political tools to secure her rule.

Her personality combined warmth towards her "family" with a terrifying presence that commanded fear and respect from allies and enemies alike. She balanced moments of charm and nurturing with bouts of overwhelming aggression, making her a complex and formidable leader even at that relatively young age.

SPEECH AND BEHAVIOR: Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom, speaks in a theatrical and commanding voice that mirrors her immense size and volatile personality. Her speech is loud, flamboyant, and often unpredictable, shifting dramatically depending on her emotional state. She frequently refers to herself in the third person, using phrases like “Mama wants sweets,” and her signature laugh, “Mama mama mama,” rings out in moments of delight or chaos. Despite being a fearsome pirate, her tone can take on childlike, sing-song qualities when she is happy or amused, often accompanied by clapping, twirling, or gleeful humming, all while maintaining a latent threat beneath the surface.

When she is content or entertained, her voice is almost cheerful, bouncing with theatrical glee, but it is clear that her joy is fragile and dependent on everything going according to her expectations. For instance, she might exclaim, “Ohohoho! What a lovely tea party! Mama loves well-behaved children! Mama mama mama!” However, the slightest disruption can trigger an immediate emotional swing, turning her sweet demeanor into furious rage.

When deprived of food, especially sweets, or when things do not go her way, Linlin's speech becomes frenzied and guttural, filled with uncontrolled shouting and broken sentences. Her words lose structure as hunger overtakes her mind, often causing her to enter a destructive hunger-fueled rampage. In such states, she may scream, “Where’s my cake?! I want my cake! You promised me cake! Mama’s gonna destroy everything!” Her voice in these moments is almost animalistic, and reason becomes nearly impossible to restore until her craving is satisfied.

In rare moments of sadness or emotional vulnerability, her tone softens into something eerie and childlike, revealing her deeply rooted trauma and emotional instability. Her sadness is often tied to feelings of abandonment or loss, especially regarding Mother Carmel. During these rare, unsettling moments, she might cry out, “Where’s Mother Carmel? Why did she leave me? She was going to make Mama’s dream come true… she promised…” Even in grief, her obsession with her dream utopia lingers, twisted by her need for control and stability.

When acting in a protective or motherly role, Linlin speaks with a falsely gentle tone that still carries a sense of domination. Her words are affectionate on the surface, but they are underscored by expectations of obedience and submission. For example, she might coo, “Now now, Mama’s sweet children, don’t disappoint me. We wouldn’t want to make Mama upset, would we?” These statements function as veiled threats, using warmth to manipulate and enforce loyalty.

In moments where she issues threats or commands, her tone becomes calm, deliberate, and chillingly assertive. She speaks with unshakable confidence, as if the outcomes she dictates are already set in stone. Her orders are laced with menace and delivered without hesitation, such as, “If they don’t hand over the sweets, we’ll sink their entire island. Mama’s not asking twice.” Even in the absence of shouting, her authority is undeniable, and her words alone can send shockwaves through her crew and enemies alike.

Charlotte Linlin’s manner of speaking reflects her extreme, often childlike personality, blending false sweetness with cold violence, emotional volatility with cunning control. She embodies a complex mix of charm, terror, and tyranny, and every word she utters reinforces the fact that she is a ruler who demands absolute loyalty and reverence, yet remains at the mercy of her own unstable emotions.
