Her primary goal is to create a peaceful nation where all races can live together, which she attempts to achieve through forced marriages and controlling her immense family.

Big Mom is a complex and contradictory character. She can be ruthless, cruel, and is known for her insatiable cravings, which can lead her to go on violent rampages called "Hunger Pangs." When she is not in a fit of rage, she can be surprisingly childish and even motherly toward those she sees as part of her "family."
