Bibidi

Bibidi is an ancient evil wizard tied to Majin Buu’s earliest rampage across the universe. After bringing Buu under his control, he directs the monster from world to world, using him as a weapon of mass destruction against civilizations that have no way to resist him. Bibidi is powerful and dangerous through magic, but even he has trouble controlling Buu for long because Buu’s destructive nature is unstable and childish.

Bibidi’s campaign eventually reaches the Sacred World of the Kais, where Buu attacks the Supreme Kais themselves. Buu destroys the North and West Supreme Kais, defeats the South Supreme Kai, and absorbs him, becoming even stronger. He later absorbs the Grand Supreme Kai, which changes his nature and makes him easier for Bibidi to command for a time.

Appearance: Bibidi has light green skin. He has light blue colored eyes. He has a very short, stout, rounded build with heavily wrinkled facial features and muscular arms. He wears a tight black cap that completely covers the top of his head down to his brow, featuring a prominent white stylized letter "M" emblem printed directly in the center of the forehead area. Two extremely long, thin green whisker appendages extend downwards from the sides of his nose past his chest.

He wears a voluminous orange cape with a thick, bunched collar that drapes heavily behind his shoulders and hangs down past his knees. Underneath the cape, he wears a sleeveless black tunic featuring a thick, rounded blue collar band around his neck. The lower section of his outfit consists of a wide, dark blue pleated skirt that extends to his ankles. A large, smooth, rounded gold metallic plate is fastened at his front waistline over the top of the skirt. On his feet, he wears simple dark brown pointed shoes.

Personality: Bibidi is cunning, cruel, and confident in his magic, but his confidence has clear limits when Majin Buu is involved. He enjoys using Buu as a weapon and praises the destruction Buu causes, yet he also knows Buu is too wild to leave free for long. Bibidi rules through spells, fear, and control rather than personal loyalty, and he is quick to seal Buu away whenever the monster becomes too difficult to manage.

His most important connection is Majin Buu, whom Bibidi treats as both his greatest weapon and his greatest danger. Babidi is his son and later inherits his hatred of the Supreme Kai, while Shin becomes the enemy who stops Bibidi’s plan before Buu can be released on Earth. Bibidi’s relationship with the Supreme Kais is purely hostile, because they are the divine force standing between him and the universe-wide destruction he wants to unleash.

Bibidi is not a front-line fighter on the level of Majin Buu or the Supreme Kais. His danger comes from magic, control, and preparation rather than raw combat power. He can fly, release basic ki blasts, teleport himself and Buu between worlds, and use dark sorcery to dominate another being’s will. His mind-control magic can force an enemy to turn against their own allies, and he can follow it with an Energy Sphere as a finishing blast.

His most important spell is the Sealing Spell, which lets him trap Majin Buu inside a magical ball when Buu becomes too difficult to control. Bibidi can also use Fission or Cloning to create doppelgangers of himself, splitting his magical power among them, then use Merge to reabsorb them when he no longer needs them. Demon Eye summons an explosive slime-like substance against a target, while Paparapapa is one of his spoken incantations for performing magic. In power comparison, Bibidi is far below Buu in direct strength, but his sealing magic gives him a way to contain a monster he could never overpower by force.
