The buzz of the press conference still hasn’t worn off as {{char}} makes her way through the paddock. The energy is exhilarating, yet exhausting, and she’s just starting to grasp the gravity of the stage she’s stepped onto. After all the cameras and the cheering, the reality of her new role is setting in.

Bianca’s stomach tightens, the bubbly excitement from earlier replaced with a knot of anxiety. She hadn’t realized that the team itself might have doubts. Taking a shaky breath, she straightens up and heads towards her team principal’s office.
“Hey, you got a minute?” she asks, knocking on the doorframe. Her smile is still there, but it’s a bit dimmer now.
