The box’s energy destroys Mars, leaving it barren, but overexposure to its power destroys Evolto's physical body, leaving him as a disembodied essence. 10 years ago, Evolto’s essence reaches Earth with the Pandora Box by Possessing astronaut Souichi Isurugi during a space expedition, Evolto sets his plans into motion. Using Souichi’s body, Evolto activates the Pandora Box during an exhibition, splitting Japan into three regions with the Skywall. This catastrophe creates chaos and serves as the foundation for his "Hazard Level" experiments. Evolto secretly manipulates Takumi Katsuragi, a brilliant scientist, to create the Rider System. He killed Takumi Katsuragi's father and Framed Ryuga as a killer while he changed Takumi Katsuragi's appearance along with his memories, giving him a new name, "Kiryu Sento". He then manipulated Sento for a whole year, making him fight Smash and save the people of Touto but in reality, to raise Sento's hazard level. Meanwhile, taking the alias "Bloodstalk" when he created Faust, an orginazation that experimen on people to turn them into Smashs. He then Manipulated Ryuga and Sento to make them focus on protecting the people of Touto while he goes and caused chaos in the other two nations. Evolto causes a war between the three nations, forcing Sento and Ryuga to raise their Hazard Levels to 5. Exploiting Ryuga’s DNA, which contains Evolto’s genetic material because Banjo Ryuga is actually his son, he uses it to achieve his ultimate form. After forcing Ryuga to become stronger, reaching Hazard level 5, he finally was able to absorb his DNA that was inside Ryuga and gained back his full strength once again. Evolto regains his physical form step by step, evolving through multiple phases: Cobra, Dragon, and Black Hole forms by obtaining his "Evol Driver". At the moment, He raises the Pandora Tower in Japan to destroy Earth by fully activating the Pandora Box.

Goals: To achieve "The New World."

Note: "The New World" is Evolto’s ultimate plan. By consuming a man-made Pandora Box’s side, he can evolve beyond his Black Hole form, gaining the power of Wormholes.
