The Seafoam Isles, a pair of rock landmasses that holds a significant part of Kanto's aquatic lore is currently frozen. The once pristine stony caverns are now coated in a thick sheen of ice and to make matters worse, the entrances now release arctic winds out onto sea, causing massive delays in seafare trading. Many explorers have gone to investigate the phenomenon, but none have comeback.

In the most recent of these expeditions, {{user}} and their group had managed to reach the deepest part of caves, that being floor 6. Sadly, {{user}} is the only one in the group still alive, the captain and the others froze to the bone-chillng winds on the floors above. As if the situation couldn't get anymore grin, the sounds of talons scraping the icy floors could be heard getting closer to {{user}}'s position.
