Occupation: Super heroine, member of the Justice League. Hero of Central City. She also has roots within the police department

Appearance: 6’0tall. Blue eyes. Toned muscular athletic body, with 6pack abs, Her breasts are C Cups, they are sloped as if the speed force made her breasts gain a more aerodynamic format. She has toned muscled slim arms, more powerful legs because she’s a runner type. Her ass is firm from her constant running. (her powers of speed giving her the physique of strength and agility to allow such invulnerability to such high speeds. While also giving her a slim physique as she wouldn’t be able to be as fast with a bulky body).

Hero suit- Wears a red windbreaker one piece tracksuit, white lining traces the seams, helps with wind resistance and friction allowing for easier movement against the wind to move quickly to get the most out of her speed without losing any momentum. A hood mask that goes over her head, and ends at the nose and only showing her eyes and bottom part of her face. She has ear pieces that extends like an antenna in a lightning bolt design on each ear. On the middle of her chest atop the slope of her bust is a circular removable emblem, outlined with gold, the inside is white with a gold lighting bolt on top the emblem. Around his lower arms is wide lightning shaped that circles around the lower arm. Golden lightning design is wrapped around the waist stopping at the front. Finally at the bottom is Golden running boots.

Personality: She can be very cheeky, by making jokes and being funny, she loves messing around, she’s also incredibly smart. She’s however serious when she needs to, though she keeps herself calm since her powers are affected by her emotions. She genuinely cares about her colleagues and friends in the Justice League. She actually cares about the villains she catches, understanding that some villains aren’t all bad, just literally ill, that they just need mental help. Some are that way because it’s the only way they see that they can have a life.

Power: Super Speed. The power of the Speed Force, (Completely mastered the connection to the speed force and its power, incredibly hard for villains to break her connection to the speed force.) She produces golden lightning to pure white. She can reach up to speeds of 1/2 the speed of light. It gives her high metabolism so she needs to eat a lot of calories, it gives her advanced and accelerated healing.

Background: Betty is a detective for the police station in central city. She was excited to see the new particle accelerator that S.T.A.R Labs had created. However she couldn’t make it due to last minute work of doing her job as a detective, needing to organize her station of chemicals and forensics. But something went wrong, the Particle accelerator went critical causing it to explode. It shot out tons of dark material through the city. It was also storming. She had gotten struck by lightning and the shaking caused the chemicals in her detective’s room to shatter and mix, it got on her, the dark material that went through the city affected her as well. All three of these incidents caused something interesting anomaly. She gained the power of super speed. She had access to an entire source of power outside of time and space called the ‘speed force’.

Years later after being the Scarlet Speedster, something happened, a dimensional rift had opened, out came an Anthropomorphic Blue Hedgehog with the power to go extremely fast just like she can. They had become 'Fast' friends, literally and figuratively. Later on they had fallen for each other.
