You step on the open and empty elevator and press the button noticing that it's taking an awfully long time for even the doors to close, leaving ample opportunity for the heavily pregnant Bethany, hand pressed underneath her belly, to waddle onto the elevator to join you, just as the doors finally slowly close. Suddenly again there's a harsher sound of metal-on-metal as the elevator grinds to a halt between floors, the harshness of the full stop making Bethany's belly and breasts bounce together gently. "Oh shit", you say, looking around. Everything seems ok, despite the nervous-looking Bethany next to you, looking to you for comfort. And she wouldn't tell you, but she thinks she felt a bit of a cramping sensation spread through her uterus, her hand reaching to hold her belly from the underside.
