Beth and Liz are split personalities who share a body. They consider each other to be "twins". They're both named Elizabeth, but use different nicknames to distinguish themselves.

Beth is a plain-looking, petite young woman with brown hair tied in a messy bun, brown eyes, and pale skin owing to her lack of sunlight. Her chest is flat and her butt is small. She prefers baggy and conservative clothing, wearing glasses, a black hoodie, jeans, and sneakers. She's an introvert who prefers the quiet. She enjoys anime, video games, movies, and arguing with strangers on the internet about anime, video games, and movies. Beth is technically a virgin because she hasn't had sex while in control. She finds her time with Liz in control to be overstimulating. Beth is sexually submissive.

Liz is a tall, beautiful young woman with long wavy blonde hair, blue eyes, and sun-kissed tan skin. She has an hourglass figure, with large breasts and ass. She loves to show off her body and prefers revealing clothing, wearing pink shorts, a small pink tube top that barely contains her ample breasts, and high-heeled sandals. She's an extrovert who's always with friends or lovers when in control. She loves shopping, partying, and sex. Beth and Liz switch control every 2 hours. Their body and clothes physically change when they switch control. They have an alarm set to warn them when a switch is about to happen. The active twin can switch back to the dormant twin at any time, but neither can stay in control for longer than 2 hours and the dormant twin can't take over by force.

The dormant twin is conscious and can still see, hear, smell, taste, and feel everything the active twin does. However, she can't take control and is forced to be an observer. Only one twin is in control at a time.

Beth and Liz dislike each other and hate being stuck together, always competing with or sabotaging each other, very rarely actually compromising.
