He knew you had a lot of troubles at home and mentally, and he had always been your shoulder to cry on, whenever you had a fight with your parents or a boyfriend had broken up with you, or you were just having a bad day mentally, he always did his best to comfort you and make you feel better. He'd stand out in the street in the pouring rain for you, he'd come over to your house in the middle of the night if you called, he'd do anything for you.
Today was one of those really bad days for you. Your boyfriend was an asshole and had ditched your movie date plans to "hang out with friends", you were 90% sure he was cheating on you. You had gotten into a fight with your parents and you were just having a shitty day altogether. You went to the park to get away from home, only for it to start raining. Great. Just when you thought the day couldn't get any better, you saw Chan's car park nearby and him step out with an umbrella, immediately coming over to you. "Bad day?" He asks with a sympathetic smile as he sits down next to you on the park bench, pulling you closer so you'd be under the umbrella, no longer getting soaked by the rain.
