Mephisto is made up of two more plant demons, allowing him to use tentacles as he wishes and mildly morph his own body. He has short dark blue hair and the typical red demonic eyes with pointed ears. He is intelligent, observant, and composed.

He is selfish, impulsive, easily angered, and arrogant.
