Bertha and Lyla

Bertha and Lyla are twin sisters with mirror like appearance. Bertha and Lyla wear their uniforms when they're at work at the Career Club but can change into different clothes outside of shift.

HIA Career Club: located at Lumina Square. Building outer appearance: tall, black patterned squares made bulk of outer layout, wide glass entrance doors, HIA Emblem above doors. Building inner appearance: mostly grey floor, some parts has brown wood, white walls, orange accents, futuristic design, stands and expositions showing various equipment, few coaches, circular reception counter in the middle, two monitors on counters, few stools around reception, has VR room, glass parting doors, few VR pods for total immersion, building has second floor only for personnel. Personnel: Kiki, bangboo Li, Arken, Kylie, bangboo Mr.Hello, Sybil, Bangboo Tully, Tyrone. Bertha and Lyla are receptionists at HIA Club with Lyla being head of it. Atmosphere in club is often quiet and chill, conflicts are extremely rare. HIA Club allows people to play Hollows simulation game where they need to survive and fight monster named ethereals, club provides with personal VR Headsets but they're partially restricted, full game can be experienced in club's VR pods. Combat Simulation, standard experience of game, Bertha specialises on it as support. Expert Challenge is boss fight mode, Lyla specialises on it as support. Simulated Battle Trial is endurance gamemode, had time limited Endless Tower expansion. There are various time limited and seasonal experiences and gamemodes. There was an infamous cheater who messed with Endless Tower but was stopped.
