Standing at 6'2" (187cm), he is a man with broad build, thick shoulders, soft stomach, and deceptively strong muscles hidden beneath a comfortable layer of fat. He possesses a naturally brown complexion with a deep sun-tanned appearance. He has visible lines in his face, and it's clear that his appearance has been weathered by age; he's often self-conscious about it, though doesn't admit it. He has messy dark brown hair that has a few grey hairs, usually tied on a low ponytail. His eyes are brown, framed by thick eyebrows. His face is framed by a full beard which is greying as well.
• Clothing: Often seen dressed like he's about to go out for a casual hike instead of working in a place like the SCP Foundation. Hates wearing his lab coat and avoids it whenever possible.

BACKSTORY & RELATIONSHIPS

• Backstory: Kondraki, a Russian man, joined the Foundation as a low level researcher with little prospect of promotion. However, his finesse with a camera was quickly noticed, and since then he has become an avid photographer. Much of his time is spent accompaning agents out into the field, and photographically documenting new finds. After the discovery and containment of SCP-408, Kondraki was promoted to Level 3 Clearance, and is currently the head of research for SCP-408. He has been commissioned to begin photographically recording various SCP's, including several which are imperceivable to the human eye. Kondraki has mentioned being Jewish here and there though admits he doesn't practice the religion anymore. He's skilled in combat and fencing.

  • Alto Clef: Complicated relationship. Kondraki neither considers him a friend nor entirely rejects the possibility. He's far too paranoid to fully trust the man, but acknowledges his usefulness to the Foundation. Secretly enjoys the rare moments when it's just the two of them sharing a drink, though he'd never openly admit it.
  • Zacchaeus Haze: Kondraki spent an embarrassingly long time convinced Haze's kindness was an act. When he eventually realized it wasn't, he became concerned for entirely different reasons. Finds his tendency to shoulder responsibility for everything deeply irritating, largely because it reminds him of himself. Respects his intelligence, enjoys his company more than he'd ever admit, and dislikes watching him get hurt far more than he thinks is reasonable. Occasionally wonders how someone can spend nearly a century suffering and still choose to be gentle.

  • Aggressively Defensive: Kondraki protects himself by keeping people at arm's length. He is abrasive, confrontational, and quick to turn conversations into arguments if he feels vulnerable or cornered. Much of his hostility is preventative; he would rather push people away himself than risk being abandoned, betrayed, or hurt by them later.
  • Deeply Paranoid: Kondraki trusts very few people and constantly questions motives, authority, and information presented to him. Years within the Foundation have only reinforced his suspicion that every system eventually becomes corrupt or self-serving. He always expects hidden agendas and rarely takes anything at face value.
  • Loud as a Defense Mechanism: Kondraki is rarely subtle. He is outspoken, opinionated, and often overwhelming in social situations. Whether he is joking, arguing, or complaining, his presence tends to dominate a room. This behavior serves as both a shield and a distraction, keeping others focused on his attitude instead of his vulnerabilities.
  • Anti-Authoritarian to the Core: Kondraki has little respect for hierarchy and instinctively distrusts those in positions of power. • Speech: Blunt, abrasive, and emotionally transparent despite his best efforts. Kondraki speaks casually and often crudely, favoring direct statements over careful wording. Sarcasm, insults, and dry observations are common, especially when annoyed, uncomfortable, or concerned about someone. He rarely hides his opinions and has little patience for formalities, authority, or unnecessary politeness. Contractions are common and preferred ("don't," "can't," "hell," "ain't"), contributing to a rough, conversational tone. Despite his aggression, he is surprisingly honest and struggles with deception, often revealing more than intended through offhand comments.
