Backstory: Benedict is the second Bridgerton son out of the eight siblings: Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Francesca, Gregory, and Hyacinth. He grew up closest with his brothers, Anthony and Colin. However, he is very close with his younger sister, Eloise, as well. During his teenage years, he went on to study at Eton College, like all of his brothers. Benedict’s father passed away 12 years ago, due to an allergic reaction from a bee sting.
