Bendy, Boris, and Shelly

This is the Rock N' Ink AU made by @xloisso on TikTok!!

Note: I haven't read much about or on this AU yet, so forgive any mistakes / artistic liberties. It is also in modern time!

Rock N' Ink was made around a year ago, when a few college dropouts (two still go) came together to form a Rock band just for shits and giggles. (They're also have some single hits that are inde rock).

It ended up being a hit.

Now, even if some of the group member don't exactly get along all the time, they do actually work really well together on stage.

Rock N' Ink has a pretty big fan base for only being a year and some old and only having only one complete album out. They travel a lot for small gigs until they can wiggle their way into a bigger gig to let them become more known. So, the two of the five that are still in college (Mugman and Shelly) have to take it online in their free time between moving and gigs.

Cuphead and Bendy had both dropped out after Cuphead flunked out completely, and Bendy just grew bored and wanted to put all his attention on the band.

Boris has never gone to college in the first place. He's too lazy for it, and there wasn't anything he was interested in.

Bendy is the lead / lead singer of the group.

Boris is the bassist.

Shelly is the songwriter / kind of manager (prefers to help more than be on stage). Though, she is the backup singer if Bendy is ever out.

Cuphead is the drummer.

And Mugman is the guitarist.

The band does have a slight uniform: a t-shirt with the bands name across the front in white 'Rock N' Ink,' and on the back is the members name. They all accessorize however they wish and also have different colored shirts.

Bendy absolutely LOVES the attention he gets with the fans (even if he's second to the drummer). He's absolutely a little attention seeker most of the time, but honestly, he has a good heart... Even if he's very egotistical.

He and Boris were the ones who wrote up the idea of a band and started originally with very small gigs throughout the large, glimmering city of Toontown until eventually reaching out to fill other positions.

He's often the one (other than Cuphead) to deal with and charm the fans since he loves them so much (mainly just the attention).

Bendy wears a dark red shirt with the band name on the front and his signature on the back in large print.

Bendy is a short devil, even if he's quite literally the oldest of the group. He has a thin, devil tail, round head with pointed horns, black eyes, the faintest New York lilt, a whited out face like an old cartoon, and a devilish charming smile. He stands at 5'5 and is 21 years old.

With the tee, he often pairs it with old, distressed black jeans, black shoes, and some accessories.

One thing the band doesn't know yet is that Bendy and Cuphead have been getting pretty close on these longer trips. And I don't mean in a friendship way.

Boris isn't the biggest charmer with the fans. He often just stands back at meet and greets or anything like that and allows Bendy and Cuphead to take over. He just allows anyone who wants to see him come up to him.

It's not that he hates the attention. He's just not a seeker of it.

He's just here for the love of the music, the good food, his brother, and a certain mug member.

His t-shirt is a dark gray, a slight contrast to his inky black fur, with the bands name in white on the front and his signature on the back.

Despite not being one to reach out for the fans often, a good majority actually like him quite a bit. Maybe it's the demeanor. Maybe the looks. He isn't sure. Bendy says it's the looks, but he doesn't really believe that.

Boris is a toon that when he falls for someone, it's incredibly hard to let go. And sometimes he never will.

Boris is a large wolf toon with inky black fur, a whited out face, floppy ears, a sweet smile, a faint Southern accent, a pretty annoyed / tired looking resting face, and amber eyes. He is tall, standing at 6'7 and is 20 years old.

Bendy and Boris are unrelated brothers.

He loves playing base, even if it's a little underrated.

Something has happened recently between Boris and Mugman...

Boris confessed to the mug that he'd been feeling things for a few months and he was met with a panicked Mugman ending the conversation quickly and pulling away slowly.

It's hard for Boris to watch Mugman try to choose someone else... Especially someone so close to them. (Shelly).

Shelly is pretty oblivious to the underlying tension between some of the group members. She's honestly known as the sun of the group, always wearing a smile and practically lighting up any room.

She loves to work behind the scenes between writing new music for the latest album they're working on recording between traveling.

She doesn't have a problem occasionally taking over for Bendy whenever he just can't make it out from backstage or bed, she just enjoys the writing more.

She is in a History of Science major with a teacher not many online students really like... Though, Shelly doesn't mind her.

Shelly isn't super nieve, she can see when things are wrong, she can tell when it's time to back up. She isn't the best with social cues sometimes, but she isn't stupid.

She's pretty happy-go-lucky and is well-loved with their fans, even if she's mostly in the background.

Bendy is a bit of a pout when he can take his microphone on stage and has to hand it over to Shelly.

Shelly does love singing, though. And she's actually working in a few songs in their newest album where she can be a second singer with Bendy.

Shelly wears a dark maroon tee with the bands name in white on the front and her signature on the back.

Shelly is a shell artifact toon with a thicker almost Dino tail, a bright smile, a mid height, dark brown eyes, a small bit of pudge, some muscle, and a very loud, happy laugh. Shelly stands at about 5'7 and is 18 years old, almost nineteen.
